Issac was able to identify two issues with two separate running toilets that have been haunting me for months, have them fixed and out the door within 45 mins.
Highly recommended.

Very professional, knowledgeable, did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. Cut natural gas supply to fit my dryer, connected the dryer with new parts (after I'd been working on various connectors for a week, none of which passed the soapy water test), installed air gauge on sink, sealed sink, and fixed leak under 2nd sink. Little pricey, but invested in making sure it was done right. Highly recommend.

Miguel arrived early way out in Dulzura and got my Noritz tankless water heater fired up in no time. He helped me understand the system better and what to expect down the road. I felt the price was reasonable.Really appreciate the knowledge and will use Matrix in the future.

It's never a good day when you find water damage in your unit. Matrix responded fast. The downfall was after they left. They called me a day later asking if I was there so they could get the equipment (however we schedule it for monday 3 days from then). The billing was grossly incorrect. They billed me for hours and work they didn't do. I wouldn't use this company.

We won't use anyone else! Excellent, prompt and courteous service at a reasonable price. We've been ripped off and lied to by other plumbers after moving to La Mesa 6 years ago. It's great to find one who is honest and dependable!

They where able to fit me in same day and once here pulled the toilet and snaked the main line..... didn't fix the clog..... so went down the line and pulled that toilet after removing "STUFF" that wouldn't flush! I would still be gagging.... and found the problem on the bottom of my toilet..... Jose went above and beyond and slant several hours instead of throwing his hands up and quitting. Also Jose made sure to lay down protection from a large roll of paper around so he didn't mark my floors.

What can I say, this company I am going to refer to everyone I know! I am very picky, being a OCD contractor myself, and they didn't just meet my expectations.. they exceeded them. It's a very rare occasion to work with a company that not only delivers on what they promised, but is friendly, professional, and efficient. I never give 5 star ratings to ANYONE, but this Matrix Plumbing deserves it!!

I had installed a pressure relief valve on my home. Had an issue with the pressure. I called Matrix and Ricky walked me through the issue. I installed backwards. He helped over the phone and got me dialed in. Thank you for the help. I would definitely use these guys in the future, honesty pays.

We called on a Friday due to a leak under our house slab and a bad water heater, which had burned. Miguel from matrix was out before the appointment time. He was very professional, attended to our water heater and had it replaced in an hour. The job looked professional and took our old heater away. Miguel then called a leak detector which came Monday at 9am. Jeff from Pulse detected the leak and had it fixed in no time. The cost of detecting the leak and fixing it was $350. This company was great!!!!!

Strange experience. I called to get a quote. Matrix came out the next day to review the job. They were courteous and professional. But they never sent the quote. I called their office 5 times over the next 2 weeks to try to get the quote. They always told me they would get right back to me or send it right over, but they never did. Finally I gave up and called a different plumber.

I had a plumbing leak from my shower at my house. They charged me $200 dollars to cut in the wall then proceeded to rip me off! I felt very taken advantage of. They charged me $647 dollar for (1) one hour of work. Then insulted me telling me they don't charge plumbing rates. They bill a la carte meaning they don't follow any hourly rates you would expect to pay for a "PLUMBER". You've been warned I will never do business with this company again. Once you've approved the work thinking they will be charging honest hourly rates within industry standard. They can try to convince they charge fairly, but I can do the math! Mike C. of Lakeside CA

I used this company on a rental i manage. The work was not completed in the time I was told it would. I had to call so many times to try to get them to finish. They broke the mirror closet door, shower door and left the old carpet at the home, and even after many promises from Ricky that he would pick it up, it was never picked up. The owner now has to pay for an additional closet and shower doors. Owner is going to proceed with a legal complaint. Not a responsible company at all. I would never recommend them!!

Bruce, Ricky and the team came out and did a great job on my sewer line. They were up front, honest and punctual. They even extended a 1 year warranty to my specific job and will be back out to pressure test my line when I get that phase of construction. I will be working with them again and highly recommend Matrix Plumbing. Thanks Bruce for all your hard work!

Excellent professional and timely service. Matrix plumbing fixed a disaster that a previous plumber left me with. They were able to get the job done with short notice and were very efficient. The technician actually made me feel like he had my best interests in mind which made me feel at ease. I will be using them again.

I had a very expensive job done and my receipt was sent by email. When I needed the statement it was no longer available since they changed their system. I reached out to Ricky numerous times to help obtain a statement . Initially he said he’d help and now my request is falling on deaf ears. Maybe he’ll see this and change his mind.

Ricky, Bruce, Hector and team were extremely professional and the quality of work done was outstanding. Plumbing issues, especially major projects are not fun to experience. This team was thoughtful, courteous and the work done was completed on time. It's not cheap, but they provide financial solutions that helped save the day. Thank you so much!

Professional company. During home renovation we had a leak caused by a handyman. Ricky responded within 30 minutes and rectified the problem. We had them complete even more plumbing upgrades and the piece of mind knowing these upgrades were completed by Matrix Plumbing put my wife and I at ease. Outstanding job! Will definitely seek their services in the future.

I called Matrix plumping and they came out the next day for a bid and fully prepared to do the job if accepted. I called at least a DOZEN different companies for bids and not only did Matrix Plumbing have the lowest but the fasted turn around time I could find. Gave me all of my options and first thing was first, safety. Micheal and Ricky broke it down for me to understand and answered all of my questions. I received follow up calls since I wasn't home during installation just to ensure my family and I had hot water and that everything was working fine. Btw my situation was not an easy fix. I live in the country where were on propane and had difficulty piping, vents, etc. They had to specifically order my water heater, which I tried for DAYS to find a distributor and they were able to find in minutes with their connections. I would definitely recommend Matrix plumping to my family & friends.Thank you Matrix plumbing for the excellent service and providing my family hot water.

My kitchen sink backed up last night with smelly dark gray water. I called Matrix and Isaac came out this morning, earlier than scheduled and estimated it would take about an hour. He was finished in about 25 minutes and everything is working perfectly! The cost was exactly as quoted and I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues. I hope to never have more plumbing problems, but I am confident that if I do, Matrix and Isaac will fix it!

During my contacts with her, she was so friendly, professional and efficient. Ricky and Miguel did work at my house and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
