Outstanding service in all regards! Have sewer lines in an old house in the Del Mar Terrace that date from the 50s or 60s, if not earlier. They stopped working just before the New Year holidays and these folks quickly sent expert crews to diagnose the problem, install a new clean-out drain, and then power jet through tree roots that were blocking things. Kudos to Sergio, Clint, Logan, Juan, and Xavier! I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues that happen in the future!

Perry Plumbing is hands down the best! Brandon and the team did a full re-piping for us about four years ago, and they did a phenomenal job. Brandon was so kind and helpful — he even took the time to show my wife the camera footage inside the pipes so we could see for ourselves that there were no tears. He made sure we had a clear picture of what was going on and helped us fully understand and correct the issue.

More recently, we had a problem with our toilet, and once again Perry Plumbing came through with customer service that was above and beyond. Brandon was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

Always a great experience with Perry Plumbing and Pipelining. Today, Jake and Kyle W. removed and replaced the broken section of the water main and made sure there were no more leaks. Perry plumbing was very responsive with my late night request. Moreover, Clint arrived and was respectful and extremely helpful! Perry Plumbing has earned my business and I will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

The team at Perry overall did a very nice job. Had a sewer pipe leak under the house due to a clog so they were very quick to get someone out to resolve the clog issue and check on us further until they were able to get someone one out for the pipe lining estimate and then until they were able to do the repair. The price they gave us was very competitive but in range of the others (the lowest of three bids). All of the crews were on time and efficient, and cleaned up pretty well. Communication with the office staff was generally quick and easy.

The only downsides I’ll note were they were pretty impacted on workload so it was about a month before they could get the lining done (they did do some pre-work sooner like installing clean outs in the front yard, and promised to keep our line clear while we waited for the lining). The other negative was I don’t think the first plumber that unclogged the clog truly did much other than poke a hole in the clog because it closed up and and was backing up again soon thereafter (though maybe less so). Overall though, good professional experience with effective communication and efficient work. Will likely be calling them for future needs.

Desperately in need of help fixing a leak in the early morning hours, we searched for an emergency service with high ratings - and we found our match. Perry plumbing was professional, responsive, actual people (not AI like other services offer you at that hour) and got the job done. Thorough work, friendly team from the first call to the actual tech that arrived, and professional - what more could you ask for. We will definitely keep them in our contacts for future work and would highly recommend their services to you as well.

This crew was so knowledgeable and worked together well. I’ve grown up in the plumbing business and love the new sewer line pipelining. Another company said I was going to have to dig up my patio. Justin assured me they could fix and make a new fitting that corrected an offset that caused me a lot of mainline stoppages. He wasn’t full of shit😂 Christian is a pioneer in this pipelining process and taught me a lot. Thank you to Dan and Fabian as well. It’s nice to be able to trust these people.

After seeking bids for a complete lining of our 1971 cast iron plumbing pipes, Perry Plumbing gave us the most competitive and comprehensive bid. We entered into an agreement with them and they completed to job on budget and on time. They did everything they said they would with a crew that was courteous and professional. Additionally, they provided a warranty that far exceeded ones offered by their competitors.

My experience was that the Perry management and working crew members are passionate about what they do. It’s not just a job. They love fixing the problem.

I have referred Perry to several of my neighbors and they have had similar vet positive experiences. Therefore, it is without any reservations that I give my highest recommendation to Perry for any pipe lining work. Ask for Brandon as the team manager.

Tony was fantastic! He was patient and professional, even waiting for us when we were running a little late. He did a thorough job fixing our dishwasher and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated his expertise and calm, reliable approach. Highly recommend!

Had a very strange situation where our cold water would come out hot after replacing our water heater with a different company. Eric and the team at Perry’s calmly and professionally worked through a complex troubleshooting that involved multiple house calls and extensive work, all of which was performed to the highest level of quality. If other plumbing issues arise, we will be sure to call Perry’s when they do!

Scheduled them on Thursday for the next day. Waited all afternoon for them to come give and estimate in 1-4 window. 3:40 they called to say not going to make it! When I complained, they said they don’t guarantee someone in their “open” scheduling. Whatever that means.

Wasted my day. Worst is it was Friday which meant the work week was done so I had to wait till after the weekend to get a plumber out the next week. Never had a company not show. Called them since A+ BBB rating. I don’t understand that rating with this kind of poor customer service.

Rafeal and Eddie did a amazing job doing a sewer pipelining on a 96 year old home in North Park. This saved us from digging up the yard and their price was thousands less than any of the other estimates I received. Great job and they finished a few hours before the original timeline.

Perry Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing all the old, corroded cast iron piping under our home with new PVC piping.

Xavier did an awesome job. We had an urgent issue which prevented us from using the showering. He had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. Very respectful to home and my self. Infomed me of everything so no surprises. I definitely recommend him for any of your needs. 5 stars all the way!

Definitely recommend Perry and I will call them again for any plumbing needs. All stages of their services were seamless and they did exactly what they said they would. Had clogged toilet line, they diagnosed, explained it all and what to expect if the first attempts weren’t successful since my slab is old & lines might be cast iron pipe ( first attempts were successful tho). They were very respectful of my home, wore booties and kept everything clean. Very professional service from Julien and Christopher.

We were so pleased with the service from Perry Plumbing. The communication from the office was great in keeping us updated. Erik came out to see if our garbage disposal could be fixed; it had become unseated from the drain. Erik introduced himself, put his booties on, took a look at the problem and said it looked like an easy fix. He reseated the garbage disposal which only took a couple of minutes. He gave us tips on proper use/maintaining the disposal. He said there would be no charge for such a quick fix! There are not many businesses these days that are as above board. Erik was professional, friendly and honest. We will most definitely call Perry Plumbing and Erik for any future work we may need done!

I’m a tenant and my property manager arranged Perry Plumbing when my kitchen drain clogged on a Friday night. Ricardo showed up within an hour, which was impressive. He was friendly, professional, and got everything cleared quickly. Great service and very responsive — highly recommend.
