When your morning starts with water coming out of pipes in places they shouldn’t, it makes for a stressful day. I called several companies including Perry that said all their field technicians were on jobs. Perry told me they would really try and get someone out to me by the afternoon. Less than an hour later they called me and in 30 minutes after that, Jake our technician arrived. He quickly diagnosed our issue, gave us a very reasonable quote and then fixed our issue with no issues. If you call Perry and a technician comes out, hope you get Jake. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.

I cannot say enough about these guys. Had the guts of a toilet blow out with water spraying everywhere. Once I stopped panicking I knew exactly who to call. We had used Perry Plumbing before and they were professional and just awesome. Isaiah was on call and got us taken care of. And as luck had it he is the reason I called them as he had been here on the prior call and had been so great. And all the other people who work scheduling and handled my panicked call were also great. Will always be my recommend for all things plumbing.

Tried to contact business and reached AI. Ai didn't seem too bad, but said that the time we requested woukd be sent to a human who would call and confirm out appointment next day. Did not happen. Communication was really bad. Finally did get in touch with a human and appointment was scheduled for the whole, they Aparently do not even give windows of availability you are just expected to be available the entire day.
Actual technician was friendly and professional. He solved our issue and communicated well with us. The price seemed rather steep, but maybe that's what everyone charges. After 3 days of not being able to use our sink we were glad the problem was solved.
I would use him as a technician again any day as I felt he did a very good job, seemed to know what he was doing and how to do it and was in all other ways satisfactory. He is the reason this review has 2 stars instead of 0.
Between not having good communication, not being able to give us a time frame so that we could plan on having someone at home more easily and charging a lot, we will not be using the services again. The actual service was 100% satisfactory and it is a shame the company is willing to lose clients by using Ai, not responding in a timely manner and not proving service windows. We will simply have to go with a company that will next time.

We had a clog from hell at our restaurant. We have a large building with multiple service stations so that being said, we have many areas that a clog could occur. I knew this would be a tough job potentially, so I wanted to call a plumber that I know has a lot of experience. I called Perry plumbing recommended from another business owner. Their reception scheduled them out the next morning. Miguel, Brandon and Adam were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job locating the problem area in such a large building with many drains. They got our clog out and we were back up and running quickly. I definitely recommend them for your business or residence!

Perry Plumbing did an excellent job with our pipe lining. They came out quickly and did a thorough inspection giving us a reasonable quote with 3 options. Once scheduled they came in time and even finished 2 days early! The 2 man crew were prompt, efficient, and hard working. The price was very reasonable and easy to pay online. We highly recommend them.

We’ve had to use Erik with Perry Plumbing twice on our home on Coronado Island. Each time he and Margie do a great job of communicating with us before, during and after the jobs were complete, especially since one time we had a leak while out of town. Most recently we had a house full of guests and no hot water. Erik was able to modify his work schedule and spent the day replacing our tankless hot water heater. Now we have the peace of mind knowing we have new copper pipes and a modern, efficient water heater, but more importantly a plumbing company that cares.

The team from Perry Plumbing did a great job working diligently over three days to re-line our sewer line. We had a challenging situation due to pipes that were over 100 years old with a number of turns. They showed up on time and stayed late to make sure the job was done right. Great communication in particular by their team lead - Rafael Perez.

Miguel came out to give me an estimate on an old water heater (that was connected to an even older solar tank arrangement). The next day he and Adam showed up on time and installed the new water heater perfectly, while hauling away the old unit and the solar tank. He patiently explained everything to my satisfaction and answered all my questions in a very pleasant and respectful manner. The after-action cleanup was impeccable. I’m glad I chose Perry Plumbing and will do so again! Thank you, Miguel and Adam!

Huge thanks to the installation crew. Simon (Crew Lead), Simon, and Daniel did an excellent job lining a cast iron pipe in my Craftsman home in North Park. They were professional, patient, and very thorough, and they took great care while working in an older house. The workmanship and attention to detail really stood out.

Up front, Brandon provided a clear, honest quote and explained the entire pipelining process in a way that was easy to understand.

I recently had a water leak at my residence. I contacted Perry Plumbing and they were able to get someone to my place within hours. Julian (plumber) was dispatched and identified the leak efficiently and completed the wonderful repairs with the minimal dry wall opening he could. I was also in contact with Carol and Margie the stellar office staff. They kept me informed which greatly alleviated stress regarding my situation. Perry Plumbing did epoxy sewer pipe rehabilitation with Cure in Place Pipeline. They were prompt, thorough, and professional. They took corroded old cast iron pipes and made them new. I'd recommend them to anyone with sewer pipe issues.
