They were very punctual about their timing, pleasant with their service, texted before they arrived, and got to work the minute they arrived.

They were able to come early due to a cancellation and it ended up being a no cost consult will use again!

Very expensive. I had more than one job to get done. And after they left I called around and I could of got the job done 4 to 5 hundred dollars cheaper. What a rip off...

I'm in North Dakota, mom in san Diego. She's a senior, with toilet problem. I found matrix on Craigslist and call. They handled as an emergency right away. Charged very fair price, cleaned up good... will use again. thanks

Called matrix late at night and they came early in the morning to fix our problem. Friendly and plumber came and didnt charge us an arm and a leg. Would definitely call them back to do more work around my house

I am very disappointed in this company for several reasons.

My brother called this company when I was out of town due to a copper pipe pinhole leak in the bedroom ceiling.
When I arrived home, 2 days after leak, the furniture was packed in my small computer room and in the bathroom. Nails and screws were scattered in many places on the floor, white drywall was on the on the bathroom floor, wood floors on steps and downstairs, and frondoor concrete. This has destroyed my wood floors. The workers also broke my celing fan. The cost for this service (Remove celing drywall, remove bedroom furniture, detach carpet to apply fan blowers) $$ 5,057.83
Excessive cost. This is one reason home owners insurance is so high.
