My call was taken immediately and Eric Peterson responded in a timely fashion, showing up ready and willing to tackle my issues in a professional manner. He explained the problem to me in a way I was able to understand and took care of the issues at an affordable cost. I highly recommend Quality Rooter & Plumbing for all your plumbing needs…I will never call anyone else.

What a fantastic plumbing company with kind and knowledgeable employees. I had a leak in my old hot water heater and called Quality Rooter to come and check it out. They showed up extremely quick and in no time, I had a new unit installed. The plumber was very respectful and courteous and had answers to all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to family, friends, or anybody in need of a plumber!!!!

I have used Quality for several plumbing issues. Yesterday had a new hot water heater installed. Love working with a small locally owned company! From setting up the appt to the final bag of trash going out the door 5 star service!!

I have used Quality Rooter for years now. They are my go to plumber. I am a property manager so I encounter a lot of need for a good plumber. Cherilyn and Eric are amazing. Each and every time I have to call they are out to the property within a timely manner. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Cherilyn is amazing at getting her guys out here to take care of my problems. We are on a quarterly jetting program with them and without fail they are here right on time each time. I personally would not use anyone else. If you are looking for a quality (no pun intended) professional plumbing company give them a call!!

They go out of their way to truly see that each customer is 100% satisfied and completely remove the stress and

Mario and Joel came out for an emergency service call. My shower faucet broke and they were quick and professional. They also ended changing one of my toilets that was continually running water. Mario and his crew were stellar! We chose to conduct a re-pipe of the entire home, rather than another slab leak repair, and they made this very involved project smoother than we could have hoped. They were professional, respectful of our home, very clean, and both thorough and fast. They finished this very complex project a week ahead of schedule. I can't say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of this crew. No job is too big, and no need to small for these guys.

Solid plumbing has lived up to its name. All transactions have been SOLID. I’ve never had any issues with the work performed.
I initially called Mario Crespo because he was referred by another teacher friend. We teachers tend to do our research and share great resources: especially when pricing is competitive and fair.
It was an emergency situation where I needed a water heater ASAP. The installation happened right away without delay and my family were all able to take our showers the same day.
Then the most horrifying plumbing situation happened; I needed to dig up my front yard and replace a line that connected to the city’s line all the way out in the street. My home is older than most and the cast iron pipe lines began to crumble apart. Mario was able to find a way to replace some of the cast iron line as then shoot a liner the rest of the way to save money. The crew is professional, courteous, and they have never left a mess behind after completing the days work.
