Today 6/3/2025 we had a guy named Aurelio working on our apartment complex... Earlier this morning he had shut off the water not letting the property manager know about the situation.... Long story short I asked him in the morning at 9am what time will the water be back running, he said in 4 hours.... So it was around 5:30pm today when I was giving my 1 old year baby and my 3 year old son a bath when he decides to turn off the water without letting nobody know.... so I go and I asked him politely that if he was going to be turning off and on the water after the 4 hours he had mention he was going to be done and he starts getting loud with me saying I don't care if you are barging your kids I'm not done things got out of hand and I'm still not done and I will NOT be turning on the water so your kids can bath this is my job and I'm working.... so then I said I understand things can get out of hand and not be done when expected but you need to let the office know so they can inform us and so he kept yelling and getting loud saying that, that wasn't his job and that if I really wanted to I can call the office my self and let them know the whole situation....
and after him going off on me he started slamming the garage doors, throwing his tools on to his working van and took off....
I really hope this can get to one of the managers, he was very rude and disrespectful making a scene and having multiple tenants come out their apartments....

We had a positive experience, Aurelio did an excellent job replacing our faucet and garbage disposal. He was fast and efficient and very friendly and professional. He cleaned up after himself and even went beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend Sun Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Awful to residents. They don't care about the neighbors. Attached photo is one of their workers stealing my reserved parking. Had to call them to have them move. Receptionist was kind but worker was a smug terrible person.

The team was professional, prompt, courteous and fixed my issue quickly. Melissa from the office was super helpful and responsive.

Sun Plumbing was able to quickly fix a broken main water valve shut off in my condo unit. They were completely professional and no non-sense. They told it straight and got it done exactly to schedule and what was discussed.

They were dispatched to my home warranty case through American Home Shield (AHS). AHS gave Sun Plumbing and I the run around and did not want to cover anything. Even then Sun Plumbing worked with me to get everything fixed. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service and was able to speak to the owner personally. Highly recommended, I would use them again the future.

I’ve had Sun plumbing come out to my cottage apartment multiple times. The first time they came out was to check my water heater. The plumber was prompt very professional and transparent. On this occasion he was able to get my Pilot light on (which can be daunting as not handy individual). He made me aware that my water heater was very old and was very old and probably on its way out. Ultimately Bobby and the gang made their way out to replace my water heater. I wasn’t home at time (left my back door open) but when I returned, I had a brand new water heater. Recently I had them come out to deal with some plumbing issues (water coming up from my tub). Again Bobby made his way over and was able to fix my dire plumbing issues. The plumbers at Sun are exceptionally good at what they do. They are prompt, professionally, will answers any questions for us layman. And kudos to the phone operator at sun plumbing she’s extremely helpful and kind as she helped connect me to a plumber when things were dire. Thank you very much to all of you at Sun Plumbing. I hope I never need y’all again but if I do I know I’ll be in good hands.

BAIT AND SWITCH. Stay away from this company! I was bait-and-switched by this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I would give a zero star rating if Google had that option.

I called Sun Plumbing for a drain cleaning after I saw one of their vans at a neighbor’s house. I asked the plumber how much they charged for drain cleaning, and he said $150, but if I had $100, he could knock it out right then and there. I was busy and couldn’t commit to that, so I asked for a business card instead.

A few days later, I called the main number to inquire about drain cleaning and was told it’s $125, with additional charges if not completed within the first hour. I scheduled an appointment, and a plumber arrived on time. However, instead of cleaning the drain, the plumber started clearing it with a drill-powered snake that looked almost exactly like the drain snake I own. After I asked if he was going to use any other tools to clean the drain, he said no—that was a different service—and that the drain was now cleared. He packed up and was getting ready to leave. I said, “I still need to pay you,” and he replied that the office handles that and would contact me. Then he left.

I waited all afternoon for a call or email and did not receive one. The next day, I called to ask for the invoice so I could pay them and be done with it. I was told they had a backlog in processing and that I would be billed soon. It has been a week, and I still have not been billed.

The drain that was snaked is now slow-draining again. I called to ask for the bill and to see if they would send the plumber back out to re-“clear” the drain. I was told it would cost another $125 because “anything could have gone down the drain since the last cleaning.” When I asked for clarification, I was told that drain cleaning and drain clearing are different services, and that for a drain cleaning it would be $200 per hour with a two-hour minimum, and then $200 for each additional hour after that.

Am I wrong for feeling like I got scammed?

P.S. - I was contacted to notify me they emailed me my invoice. I again expressed that I was unhappy with the service as the drain the "cleared" is in fact not clear. The lady on the other end said it would cost another $125 to fix..... do better please.

Russell and his guys are great. I bought a house and a few months later found out I needed a fair amount of plumbing done. I called around, had estimates, and decided on Russell. Russell showed up day scheduled with 2 guys and 2 days later the work was done. I felt they are very professional and customer oriented. The price was fair compared to other estimates and I felt I wasn't getting robbed as they kept me in the loop about any situations that would effect cost of project. In the end job came in below estimate and I saved money.

I needed a plumber ASAP just before the weekend. Acting on a referral, I called and they were able to come out. They were prompt & very professional. I would recommend them to anyone for all plumbing needs!

Updating my review:

Over the past three years I’ve contracted with RE Glenn Plumbing to do various plumbing needs for a condo I purchased. To this point I believe I have spent over $2000 with them and I have always been satisfied with their work.

Recently, as I was selling the condo, the escrow inspection cited a job they had previously done as being substandard work. I called RE Glen to come and review their work. I had hoped they would stand behind their work so I could reject this area of the inspection. However, when their plumber arrived, I was told how the previous work was done incorrectly and what needed to be done to correct it.

I was surprised when I received an invoice for $117 to correct the error. When I queried about the charge they told me the previous work was out of warranty. I do not understand how not doing a job in properly in the first place becomes a warranty matter.

I will not do business with them again as they have shown me they will not stand behind their work.

One of the worst experiences we've had with a contactor. They sent a wildly inexperienced kid out to move a toilet, a gas line for a dryer, a water purifier and a few other minor items. The kid was unable to install the water purifier correctly, leaving it a leaking mess, installed the gas line incorrectly (it was wobbly and leaking) and asked me to help him move the toilet because he didn't have the equipment to move the toilet. We asked him to leave at that point.

We had to hire a different plumber to fix and finish the job, and later were charged the entirety of the bill for services. The bill even included parts that we provided ourselves - yet were being charged for by the contractor.

After we refused to pay, and even offered to negotiate a partial payment for the few things that were done correctly, he placed a lien on the property.

100% do not recommend this contractor - unless you like shady characters who send inexperienced contractors and bill you for services they didn't do. Your call though...

This company is a great resource for your plumbing needs. They are responsible and fair in their pricing and quality work.
