Great customer service. The plumber who helped us was very efficient and even cleaned out our tub when he was finished which not all plumbers do. We appreciate the great service and would recommend this company!

Had a clogged toilet from someone putting something in it at the shop. Called Quality Rooter and Plumbing. They had someone at the shop in about 20 minutes and got it all taken care of. If you need good work done this is the company to call. Thanks guys

Honesty and trustworthy local family owned plumbing business that I call first every time I have a plumbing issue. Eric is a clean worker and puts away any mess needed to be made in order to complete the job.

My water heater was leaking and I was extremely concerned that I’d have a watery mess on my hands. Quality Rooter was able to schedule a replacement reasonably fast. Service tech, Joe was on time and performed the replacement expertly and efficiently.

These guys are AMAZING!!! I had 2 stubborn clogged drains that I had cleared by another company only to have it plug back up again after a week , so I called Quality and they came out the same day and literally saved the day. These guys were extremely clean and professional and Cherilyn the office made it soo easy to Schedule and pay. Thank you guys!!

Called a plumbing company to clear my main line and they wanted to charge me over $600 to cable it. Called Quality Rooter & Plumbing and they jetted the line and removed the roots for $425 and now it is working like new. The service was prompt and they explained to me what the problem was. They responded to my call on the weekend. Super professional and polite on the phone. They sent an on call tech within 45 minutes of my call. The tech was responsive to questions but ultimately he got the clog undone even when it presented challenges. Quality Rooter has been added to my phone contacts for the best plumbing services!

Joe, from Quality Plumbing , came into my brand newly remodeled bathroom to check for the source causing water damage in the condo below my 3rd floor unit. It was easy to set up an appointment with QRP for the repair of our sink leak and broken shower handle. It was appreciated that the QRP plumber was on time. He was polite and efficient and explained the preferred repair options. He also made sure we understood the planned fixes before completing the repairs. Quality Rooting & Plumbing responded to our call and confirmed a suspected water leak in the concrete slab of the condo. They came back and bypassed the bad copper pipe segment running it behind the cabinets to the kitchen sink. Great job.

So I have had to use Quality twice over the last two weeks due to issues identified by our home inspection. First, the office is easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful/response to request. Second, our technician Joe was amazing; he helped me navigate the request for repairs and answer all questions from the home inspection along with showing me why each identified problem needed to be fixed. Joe also made it a point to leave his work station cleaner than he found it. I would like to personally say thank you to Joe and the front office for their support. Also, look no further because this is a company that wants to help the community!

My shower had low water pressure and the plumber arrived in a timely manner to resolve the issue. The price was very reasonable compared to some of the quotes I received from other companies. He called when he was on his way which I appreciated having a newborn. Highly recommend Quality Rooter!

We have had a chronically leaking faucet for months, with no solution to date. Quality Rooter did a wonderful job, and the guys were on time, efficient, and had a quick response time.
