Fast and outstanding service. Arrived at home and got to work ASAP, took care of the backup and ran the camera on the sewer main and I was able to see what was cusing the issue and took care of that as well. Friendly staff and was happy with the service, highly recommend and will be calling them again if I have any other issues.

I had a sluggish patio drain. It turned out to be a tough blockage. The team of Mario and Angel were professional, resourceful using multiple pieces of equipment and persistent. The mountain of mud finally gave way. They also had to walk through my home to reach the drain. They laid down plastic and were very neat. I highly recommend this team. They did a fine job!

I had a bad flush valve and couldn't seem to get the top nut off. Mario replaced that. But I had 4 Flow Tite/push pull water valve connectors they were just plastic and I wanted to get them replaced because they were cheaply made and seemed dangerous to me. I live in a new manufactured home made in 2023 I guess that's what they use for cost reasons. Mario replaced all the Valves with brass quarter turn valves and new metal hose connectors at a reasonable price. Happy with the results.

I called several companies and they did not answer however solid plumbing answered answered quickly and was on-site within 45 minutes of my call. Mario was polite and very thorough. The water line burst was addressedimmediately.They are a true 24hr plumbing service company.

I notice there's no phone number on this site. We were referred by a neighbor who got great service on a weekend night emergency call at fair rates. So I called to schedule an appointment, but could only speak with a woman in the office, who couldn't do that (?). I waited several days to hear from the plumber, and finally called them again. Same story. A third call got the plumber, who said he'd call the next day to schedule. This is two weeks later now, and he never called. We ended up using a nearby competitor, who immediately scheduled the job and was done with it the next day.

Friday night, the water heater broke. I thought it was too late to replace or repair. El Cajon Plumbing answered the phone and showed there within an hour. An hour after our SMS requesting a free quote, plumbers showed up at my house. After hearing my worries, they gave me a reasonable estimate for installing a water heater. After two or three hours, they were done and cleaned up. I was amazed by these two young lads. The staff provided patient, informed, and competent service. For plumbing issues, use these. I hope and pray that they succeed.
