They have a group of plumbers that really know their stuff. When my customers need a plumber I'd love to refer out competitive. Everybody is extremely happy with their knowledge and ability to solve plumbing problems the right way

They responded to my landlord and were on site within 2 hours for a minor leak. The tech that responded was friendly and quick to assess the situation and solve the problem. He fixed the issue quickly and even cleaned up after himself leaving my bathroom spotless. Even gave my son fighting advice that its always best to be the man and walk away. I'll definitely remember to call this gentleman again! Thank you, Tim Plein!

Maybe be careful on who is representing your company while on the road. It can deter people away from business.
Apparently whoever drives the vehicle with license plate: 55872D3 likes to run people off the road.
In my experience, I was already established in the lane after it had merged from a double to a single lane. Apparently this driver would rather attempt side swiping other vehicles and pushing drivers off the road than drive respectable.

I called and reported his driving and spoke to Emma who was very nice and took the call seriously and I respect that. She said she would get the message over to management but I wanted to make sure this concern is dealt with.
The driver was very reckless and extremely unprofessional especially while in a company vehicle.

This experience has deterred me from ever calling or recommending this company to anyone.

Kurt and the team at Competitive Plumbing are great. They came and found a leak in my wall and repaired it quickly. I have used them multiple times over the years. I recommend them highly. Professional and good value!

I strongly recommend against using this service for the following reasons:
1. Not punctual at all.
One hour into the agreed upon time I was told they were "almost here". After three hours into the agreed upon time, I called and they once again said they were "almost here". I asked if they could come the next day instead and be punctual since I had been putting off meetings to wait for them. The customer service representative reassured me they would be.
The next day they don't show up or answer my calls at the agreed upon time.
2. Unresponsive
After leaving them a voice message on the second day with my information and questions as to where they are, they never responded. Every call after that was sent straight to voicemail. The only way I could reach them was when my landlord called the same number (and did not go straight to voicemail), which leads me to believe that they intentionally were blocking or ignoring my calls. This is strange to me as I had not said or done anything except leave them a message stating my name, address, and what service I needed.
3. Ridiculously unprofessional
After missing two appointments without any communication, they then told me that their next availability was 7 days away. They said if I wanted it fixed on the agreed upon day, I would have to pay for overtime. Missing not one but two appointments and then asking me to pay extra for them to make up for their mistakes? Ridiculous.

Long story short, they will waste your time and make you pay extra for it too. Find someone else to help you out.

Kurt and his team at Competitive Plumbing & Drains Inc. are truly amazing. We had an issue with our propane tank pipe at our house. I was clearing the shrubbery around the tank and I nicked the gas pipe and it started to leak. I turned off the unit and immediately called Competitive Plumbing and Drains, Inc. They understood the urgency of our situation and were able to fix our problem the same day. Even though it was on the weekend, they were able to find the part we needed and do the repair quickly.

Wow, couldn't imagine not being able to cook or take a hot shower. They are such a reputable company and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends, family, and neighbors.

I was referred to this company by another plumber who could not come out the same day to clear a blocked 4" drain line. Hillary in the office was friendly and helpful. Gino, the plumber dispatched, was able to come sooner than the original time-frame given. He was efficient and personable and took care of my problem which was far down our main line. He suggested an inspection using a camera to inspect the 100+ year old cast iron pipe to know if it was just a block or something more serious. I agreed to that (there was no pressure or feeling of an up-sale) and he was out the next day with the equipment needed, and again arrived earlier than promised. Excellent service and the price was within the range that I expected. I recommend and would use again.

Nick did a fantastic job. Place needed some work. Old building. Took some time but he got it done. Highly recommend. Definitely will reach him when I need any help

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, please avoid this terrible plumbing service at all costs.

Great communication from setting appointment to installation. On-time, professional, neat, and reasonably priced. Second time I have used Sun Plumbing and very impressed both times. Highly recommend!

Zaby and son were a bit late (prior job was an issue) and whoever gave them the new toilet gave them wrong design, but I kept it instead of sending it back.

I have used Sun Plumbing numerous times for my rental and flip properties. They are always professional and courteous. I found them to be honest and fair in their recommendations and resolutions. I highly recommend them! 10-Stars!

Had our main line back up. The property manager called this company and they were here within 1/2 an hour. Very fast and professional. Would use them again if needed.

Aurelio was punctual and pleasant. He solved the issue with the sink clogging efficiently and professionally. He answered all my questions and provided answers to prevent the issue in the future.

I was prepared to purchase another Rheem Water Heater due to a leaking model@ our home. I had spoken to the Rheem’s Customer Service Dept and had been approved for a reimbursement/guaranteed new WH. However, when Bobby arrived he diagnosed a VERY simple solution. Replaced the plastic hose bib used to drain the WH with a new brass bib with plenty of plumber’s dope. Problem solved
