Look, so I only leave a review if I was really impressed by the service or really upset at the service. After using Quick plumbing for maybe 3 years now I figured they deserve my honest review. Quick Plumbing and Drain has always been EXCELLENT SERVICE every time I’ve called. When I call Quick Plumbing & Drain, they go above and beyond. They have always been professional, quick, they know there stuff, and have shown up shortly after I’ve called them. My most recent request was a water heater issue. Adan showed up for the water heater issue I had, and got right to it. Anytime I had a question about “is it bad?” “Do I need a new water heater?” Anything! he answered and basically said not to worry because I won’t need to buy another water heater. He did his thing and did great. Granted I dont know exactly what he did but he saved me some money fixing whatever was wrong with my water heater, and he did it fairly quick! Like I’ve said, I’ve been using this company for 3 years roughly and I will continue to call them for their promptness professionalism and knowledge.

After no return calls (3 attempts) from a nearby competitor to even schedule a job, we called Quick Plumbing to fix two master bathroom sink faucets. They were out the next day and fixed a slow faucet and missing stopper mechanism. The plumber was on time, considerate, fast, and charged a fair rate. We'll definitely call them again.

Jaime has done several jobs at my residence ranging from replacing old welded water supply valves in walls, to helping me finish installing my water heater ensuring it was up to code. Recently he replaced a 7ft portion of my main sewer line. He is pleasant to be around, extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, very reasonably priced, and a great professional. The plumber all other plumbers should strive to be! I recommend him and his business to everyone I know in the San Diego area.

Great work to unclog my drains. They did not give up and although a job that we thought would take a few hours ran into all sorts of obstacles and through persistence and taking up most of the day they finally got it cleared after using cameras, hoses and the snake of course. Great job!!

Very disappointed. Called them to replace a hot water heater. Billed $1200 for labor!!! Assumed a licensed plumber would be doing the work. When I called to question the bill I found out the Service rep was not even a licensed plumber!!! My handyman could have done the same thing for 1/3 the price. Ask questions before you book.

I waited a while to write this review because the business owner made my grandmother feel unsafe in her own home.

My grandmother hired Patriot Plumbing for a kitchen sink repair. The owner and his son arrived to perform the job. While his son was able to remain professional, the owner was not. He performed no work and instead sat around discussing politics in a way that made my grandmother feel uncomfortable. He behaved so erratically and his political ranting was so aggressive that she felt physically intimidated and was uncomfortable with asking him to stop or leave, so she kept quiet until he left.

Later, she constructed a message intended for her own son explaining that while she initially believed that they performed good work on her sink, the owner made her feel so uncomfortable that she won’t use their services again. Minutes later, she received a phone call during which the owner of the business cussed her out so badly that she called every member of her family to ask if she should file a police report. Calling a client to threaten and abuse them over the phone is not normal behavior and this made my grandmother feel even more unsafe. The way he spoke to her caused her quite a lot of stress and anxiety. She later had problems with the repair they performed, but knew she could never call upon this company again. She says that the owner even told her in a very profane way that he doesn’t want her money anyway.

My grandmother understands that it’s possible to maintain healthy personal and professional relationships with people with whom you don’t see eye-to-eye as long as everyone involved treats each other with respect and dignity. This company seems to have missed that part of conducting business. Judging from other reviews, this seems to be a larger pattern.

While my family and I typically are eager to support local businesses over larger corporations, we have resolved to use anyone else for plumbing services going forward and encourage others to do the same. No one deserves to be made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe in their own home.

I initially posted this review on Yelp, but it was removed because it was about my grandmother’s experience rather than my own. She is in her 90s and will never use an online review platform, but her experience with this company is important. When I posted this review on other platforms, the owner threatened to sue me via a series of harassing personal messages. I later found out that it’s on public record that he has had more than one restraining order issued against him on grounds of elder abuse and each one was upheld by the court at least once. It seems that he enjoys preying upon vulnerable populations that are unwilling or unable to fight back.
