Michael and his team saved us today!! I was stood up by another company and he came through and took care of a major clog. Our toilets and bath tubs were full and he was able to quickly and efficiently take care of the problem. He’s professional, has the right tools and knows what he’s doing it shows. Excellent work and I’ll certainly be using Ability Plumbing again. Thank you guys!!

I used this company for a second time. The customer service lady was my first contact. She was pleasant, friendly, and thorough. The 2 plumbers were friendly, explained the repair and kept the area clean. However, the cost of the repair is very high, $250 for diagnostic and $723 for repair. For a repair of a 12” x 12” area, 2 hours of labor for 2 hours with a plumber and a helper, ($150 per hour times 4) and maybe $50 in parts, I estimate $650 for this work, tops. One plumber could have done this work. The customer service lady said it would be $69 to diagnose and would be credited if work were to proceed, which wasn’t consistent with the $250 that they charged. I authorized the work, rather than contacting another plumber and having to take another day off from work. Work was great, but their cost is very expensive. I will not use Ability Plumbing in the future due to their high charges.

Joshua worked today putting in new copper pipes for our bathroom remodel. He did a great job and I have included photos.

Michael and his crew did a great job! They lined over 100’ of old cast iron pipe at our building and now we have functioning bathrooms in the office again. Santi was very communicative every day and helped work around our schedule to minimize down time. Thank you guys!

They found a leak when nobody else could! Reasonably priced! Communication was excellent! I would recommend them to anyone!

Mike came out and gave an honest assessment of the pipes in our house and to the sewer, didn’t try to upsell me. He came highly recommended and his prices were the best. His crew was friendly and got the work done ahead of schedule.

I needed 2 outdoor drains cleared and a toilet flapper replaced. Trent came on time. He was Very courteous! He got it all done and I highly recommend both Trent and Ability plumbing. Great service!!!

I called for a washer water outflow all over the ground due to pipe drainage issue. Dee & Steven came one day later. They are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. I was very impressed of the work they have done. I am highly recommend ability plumbing for any repair and plumbing.

Five stars is not enough for the exceptional service I received from Ability Plumbing. I called at eight in the morning and explained that my ejector pump was not properly working. Within two hours, technician Allen Smith, was at my door and immediately went to work! A new pump had to be ordered and I was told I would have it within two days. However, the pump was received the very next day and was installed by Tim Merrill. You could not ask for better technicians! They were both very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! I couldn’t believe that within 30 hours of my call, the problem was diagnosed and a new pump installed. The service was exceptional and I am very grateful! If I could give 10 stars I would! Great, professional service!!

We had an amazing experience with Mike and Trent from ability plumbing. Quick response. Clean and professional. Polite and genuinely concerned about our plumbing issues. They had all the diagnostic tools to fine the problem with a quick and effective solution. Very Fair pricing and I will continue to use his service and promote his business to others. He was very professional, yet it was almost four hundred twenty five and then to tip! Just to drain the sink. And since they say sixty nine dollars to come out and look and then that comes off of your price, if the price is too high, you still lose to sixty nine dollars fee. He cleaned my drain, which took about ten minutes.And then when I said, will you come back If this happens again, they said no. I should have asked that from the beginning because then suddenMy dishwasher was filled up with water. I did fix that myself...So although I really believe this agency does professional work .And I know that prices are high, everywhere, I feel like I could buy my own snake and get the job done myself. I do appreciate their timeliness, as they were there very quickly and they also let me know when they street on thier way. That was very helpful. Overall good job but expensive.

We had a great experience with the pros from Ability Plumbing. Michael and Trenton were the plumbers who came to our rescue, on short notice. They took care of an extensive clogged drain deep within old pipes, that we could not clear ourselves. They went above and beyond our expectations. We were truly happy with their service.

Michael at Ability Plumbing did an excellent job in determining the root cause of our plumbing related problems and he provided a number of options to remedy the situation. He also recommended a few plumbing related upgrades to our home. Michael provided 'firm' quotes for all the work that we requested prior to starting the job(s).

Tim Merrill and Dee San Roque were the technicians at Ability Plumbing and they did an outstanding job making the plumbing repairs and upgrades (Replaced water main sub out copper pipe that was leaking; Installed brand new Halo 5 whole house water filtration system; Installed H-RO-Plus-Ultimate Purified Alkaline Drinking Water System. To add, they completed the entire job with minimal plumbing downtime so we were fully operational with all plumbing work completed the same day. Thank you so much for a fantastic job, at a reasonable price and in the time promised. Highly recommended.

Tim Merrill was very courteous and informative. He had an answer for every question. His customer service skills and installation skills are top notch. I would use him and ABILITY Plumbing again and would recommend both to my friends.

So many GREAT things about Ability... but the personal, real, down to earth service is truly some of the best I've ever known (& my standards are high). We were given instant undivided attn straight from the top. Michael (owner), Tim, Joel & Laura all helped us feel calm & taken care of. Not only did they easily handle our new Toliet/Supply pick up, they even did extras like finally fixing our pesky loose sink faucet! A++ ALL AROUND!! I have been aware for some time that I was going to need to replace my septic system. Due to living next to a waterway this became a very expensive endeavor. I saved $50,000 and it finally became time to start the job.
As I was waiting for this job to be performed it seemed the expenses just kept going up and up and all of a sudden the $50,000.00 was gone and I was at my wites end. I have now tapped out all my resources and I still needed to have the plumbing hooked back up.
I figured several hundred dollars, cant stop now, so I called Ability Plumbing, whom was recommended to me by a friend. Ability Plumbing went to my house to perform the inspection and found many issues that were unexpected.

Michael the owner and his technician came to my work personally to show me pictures and tell me what was going on. Needless to say we were no longer at a few hundred dollars. I honestly thought this was my last straw I just could not take anymore.

Days into the process my boyfriend was diagnosed with lung cancer.

Michael said can I give you a hug and then he said I will work with you the best I can to get the price down as low as possible and still make my house safe.

This was on a friday, I cried all weekend not knowing how I was going to get through this when monday morning Michael called again and tile me that he thought about it over the weekend and he was going to donate the entire job to me.

It took me so much by surprise and I did't even know what to say .

Needless to say, if you want wo work with a company with compassion you can't go wrong here.

Ability Plumbing has been the plumbing service we've used for almost 9 years. We replaced the water heater today. Technician Dee performed the work. In addition to replacing the water heater, he replaced old pipes and valves, ensuring that everything was up-to-date and up-to code for the water heater. He was very personable , walked us through everything and was very thorough. Thank you, Dee and thank you Ability Plumbing.
