The unthinkable happened I had a water leak in my dental office Thursday evening. Thankfully, my cleaning ladies found the leak and helped me ring a bunch of towel towels to get the water out. I’m very thankful for Remedy Rooter to send Ray that evening to help me figure out what needed to be done to keep my practice going for Friday. Although he didn’t have a part Thursday night. He came early Friday morning right before 7 AM to take care of what we needed to be able to see patients the rest of the day. Thank you, Remedy Rooter specifically Ray for being so professional.

Ray helped unclog our kitchen sink. The work required more than what I could handle with my limited house repair knowledge. It took him a total of a 30 minutes. I plan to call this company again when the next plumbing issue arises.

Remedy rooter is the company my HOA used and recommended. My water heater kicked the bucket and they were able to come out the day of (after me calling at about 4 in the morning) and removed it very quickly. Amber was always very effective in communicating and very friendly! I appreciated the sense of feeling like we were good friends and she would check in with me during the wait for the new water heater. Juan and Luciano were the technicians I worked with and they both were very informative, professional, and did an amazing job. After the water heater was installed I noticed the water wasn’t getting hot I informed Juan and he was back here in 10 minutes and fixed it! I appreciate Juan’s great attitude and above and beyond service! I would recommend this company over and over again. Great to work with, effective communication, and very friendly! Thank you guys!

Jesus came out to provide an estimate on some gas line connectors that are starting to get some corrosion and also a water replacement bid. He was professional and thorough. I highly recommend Remedy Rooter. They consistently do excellent honest work for our properties.

I had an urgent repair on a leaking dishwasher line under the kitchen sink. I went online late morning and received a response in minutes confirming that a plumber would be available later in the afternoon. Jesus arrived mid afternoon and made quick work of the repair. The personnel at the office were polite, professional and personable when we spoke over the phone to set up a window of time for the plumber to visit and diagnose the problem. Ray came to my house during that window of time. We decided that I needed a toilet replacement and we set up an appointment for the following business day.Ray is a very profesional plumber with excellent communication skills. He is friendly and polite. All work and cost was explained ahead of the job. He did an expert job and left everything clean and in perfect order. He explained how the work was done and showed me photos of parts he had to replace before they were covered. The payment price of the job and materiales at the end of the job was the same as the estimate. I am a satisfied customer. I will use Remedy Rooter again. I will also ask for Ray again.

Remedy rooter is the best. I had my gas leak and drain pipe fixed by Juan and Aiden, they are the best. Juan came for a free estimate and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I communicated with Michelle, the coordinator for the company, and she is always friendly and responsive. Their price is very reasonable compared to a few other companies I quoted. I liked their fix of my gas leak so I decided to hire them to flush my tankless water heater too. Michelle scheduled for me quickly and the technician came at the scheduled time and got it done nicely. I will definitely use Remedy Rooter for my future plumbing projects.
