My landlord and property management company are … suboptimal. Which means for the past 4 years I’ve developed a kinship with this company. Every 6 weeks we’ve been rendezvousing around my bath tub to snake it. Because 4 years ago they reported the plumbing needed to be replaced…

Fast forward, the landlords are selling and lo and behold the buyers don’t want this plumbing woe.

Enter Eli (one of my fave of the rooters) and Rafeal. What shining examples of professionalism, craftsmanship, work ethic and humanity. They get I’m non-plussed to have contractors in and out. They diagnosed the problem, spelled it out in purple crayon for the licensed professional property manager how and why it needed to be remedied, coordinated with the downstairs commercial tenant (where the problem originated) came back and fully remediated the problem. All while being respectful of my home and that I had to work.

I’ll miss Remedy Router, and Eli most of all. But I am thrilled to be able to shower at my leisure.

Mr Raphael was an excellent and professional plumber and he knew his business. Very focused to finish the job professionally and offered kind and professional advice about the problem. Great experience, end to end. It was very easy to get a quote, approve the estimate, and schedule the work. The technician, Eli, arrived on time, completed the job, and left the house cleaner than when he started. We had a toilet replaced and our water heater flushed. The price was more than fair and the work was completed with zero issues. Highly recommend Remedy Rooter for any residential plumbing needs. I've already referred my neighbors to them.

After an initial issue was not resolved at a tenant's residence, RR sent out another crew to follow up on the issue which was a main drain blockage. Isaiah and Edwin addressed the issue and after negotiating the terms for the follow up work, they attacked the issue and got the main drain line cleared. They showed up in company labelled trucks and uniforms. They both were really concerned about my issue, extremely courteous and professional. They worked exceptionally hard to solve my issue, did not make a mess and were very respectful of my tenant's home (I had to pull the toilet for them to clean out the main drain so things could have gotten s+++y!). As I have several rentals, RR has gone on my call list and I will definitely call them again. Thanks guys!!!

We were having a backup in our drain clean out and I called a few other Rooter companies who were more interested in selling us on expensive solutions but Dan and the Remedy Rooter team gave us their honest opinion and came out immediately to inspect the problem. After the inspection they encouraged us to work with the city as it could actually be problem on their end and not ours - further showing their commitment to finding the correct solution and not the one that will make them the most money as a company. A true customer first company.

Rick and Rafael were called out to fix a sewar line that was cracked in my office that I rent. They did an excellent work, great communicators and did a nice job leaving our bathroom clean after the repair. I recommend Remdy Rooter.

I was also thoroughly impressed with how timely they were in getting the necessary equipment; there was no waiting around. The technicians Rick and Ray who performed the installation were exceptionally professional and informative, clearly explaining everything throughout the process. Juan did an excellent job helping with our leak! He was quick, super nice, & explained everything to us in great detail. We were so appreciative of him & helping us to get our water turned back on.

I had a main line glog on a Sunday morning and I was entertaining that afternoon. I was calling for estimates and found Remedy Rooter on Google. The office personnel were very professional and kind. It only took an hour for the plumber to get to my house and fix the problem. Thank you, Rafael Vizcarra, for your kindness and professional work. The price for the work done was very reasonable. Even on a Sunday.

We had a bad backup in both showers in our house. We called another company in to clear the drains, who were here all day with two people, unable to clear, and ultimately told us it was going to be a HUGE sum of money to get our showers working again and tried to get us to sign on the spot. We wanted a second opinion, and we were so glad to be referred to Remedy Rooter - our referral said they wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Rafael arrived professional and friendly, and after a small amount of time he was able to clear out a huge ball of hair in our showers that was causing the problem. No other major work recommended! He saved our day! Not only that, Rafael offered several recommendations on how to prevent hair build up, and even replaced our shower handle that had eroded and wasn’t working properly. We felt like we were in such great hands and will be calling for all our needs now, and certainly be referring to anyone who needs a plumber!

We had three different plumbing companies in our home in 3 days for the same plumbing issues. One company quoted us $600+ for a drain cleaning that was easily taken care of by a plumber named Daniel, from Remedy Rooter. Their quote was less than half of the quoted price from that company , and this fix came at after hours pricing! This is the third time that Remedy Rooter has come to our rescue. The only reason we didn’t call them first is that we have a home warranty and they sent another company to handle both of our plumbing problems in what was supposed to be one visit. Daniel was very professional and was well prepared. We had already prepared for the plumber’s visit by clearing under the sink and laying down a shower curtain and towels, based on the statement the home warranty plumber made regarding a flood of water that never happened. Fortunately that was not the case, as Daniel brought his own floor lining and was prepared for any outcome. He was here for less than an hour and we were extremely happy with the outcome.

Ray from Remedy Rooter was great! He was professional and nice. The work he did was not easy and he did it no problem. He communicated with me the whole time. He knows his stuff for sure. When he was done the area was cleaned and that was appreciated. Thank you Ray for your hard work.

Ray was super fast and so helpful on Thanksgiving when our kitchen sink backed up. He had the clog cleared in minutes and was so kind and funny. Definitely recommend.
