Ability Plumbing made a same-day trip to our house to install two new sink faucets. Removal of the old drain assembly was extremely difficult for to handle on our own and seemed to take professional tools to get the job done. Joel did a great job and did a nice install of the new fixtures.

Tim Merrill was awesome! Everything is working great. He had to fix so much stuff and was very personable and sweet to this old woman who had no idea what had happened to her bathroom! I am very thankful for you guys both times I have called you for stuff there was somebody a ride out that day and they took care of everything! Thank you so much!! Again, Tim was one of the sweetest people!!

We did a full house pipe relining. After nearly 60 years, the underground cast iron waste lines had reached the end of the their life. Being in the concrete slab, that might have meant trenching through the house. After some research, I learned that relining was the best way to go. I had three different companies take a look and decided that these guys are the best. The techs showed us on camera where there were breaks in the pipes and where some sections had completely eroded away. The owner, Mike, worked with us to make sure it was affordable and something we could handle on our schedule. Zach, Kevan, and (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) did the work. They explained everything every step of the way, showed us the videos, etc. They were super nice guys, respectful of our time (my wife and I are both working from home), were super clean in everything they did, and inspired confidence all around.

Yeah, this is not the sexiest way to spend money on your house and you don't really "see" the result because it's underground.
But if it needs to be done, you can rest easy knowing it was done correctly and will last for many years to come.

They did a really good job, but their pricing is really high. I kind of wish I would’ve shopped around a little bit.

I was satisfied with the recent plumbing work. The office staff were very good communicating wit me and making follow-up contact when promised. The plumber, Tim, was most helpful explaining what needed to be accomplished and alternative ways of making a pressure valve installation. He answered all my questions and took time to complete the work. I appreciate the good works by all involved. I’ll definitely call AbilitybPlumbing next time.

Ability Plumbing is a Company you will refer your friends and family to after your 1st experience! This company is top notch in many aspects. Their customer service, straight forward pricing, promptness and professionalism is very refreshing these days! Michael is a pro and very knowledgeable. His explanations made perfect sense and is presentation sealed the deal. Very happy I found them.
He quoted me about 3 weeks to get started, but in fact it was closer to a week. His install team completed the job in 6 hours, no holes, no mess, just fast professional service.

Justin is the most outstanding plumber I’ve ever encountered. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, yet quick to identify and fix any problem you have. Plus, he is the nicest person EVER to interact with. When a pipe leaked in our wall, I was really impressed with the customer service we received - he was able to completely fix everything in under two hours AND came in under his (very reasonable) estimate. He cleaned up the mess and it was like the leak never even happened. I am definitely impressed and will be calling back specifically to ask for Justin any time I have a problem. Not all heroes wear capes, you know?! 11/10!

Michael did a wonderful job explaining in detail what work was required and how everything would be done. step by step. We received a comprehensive report that made us feel comfortable with the approach. We were also happy that the cost was within our budget.

The technician that came out to our home was Christian. He was so transparent and just a nice guy. He was honest about plumbing issues we had and provided great solutions. Definitely will be using Ability plumbing in the future!

Joshua Villarreal was very professional and got right to it! Cleared 2 drains that had a lot of build-up. He was very clean doing his work and very respectful of my client's condo. He took special care while working on a newly refinished tub and shower. Couldn't even tell that he had been there.

Ability Plumbing repiped my house. I chose them out of three bids for price, online reviews, and personal recommendation. And on my gut feeling for their customer service, which turned out to be exactly right. Communicative, responsible, kind, and easy to work with. Their supervisor and the owner explained to me exactly what they were going to do to my house and why, and they accomplished it in less than a day. Minimal inconvenience. Thoughtful work. I am very happy.

Ability Plumbing provided an excellent experience with our bathroom remodel! Michael sat with us and went over what we wanted for our shower and vanity, and gave us exactly what we were looking for. Jerry supervised the entire project from framing the shower to installing all of the new plumbing and fixtures. We will use Ability Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!

Michael and Jerry were amazing! We needed a second opinion on another plumbers repipe/lining work in process and change order estimates that almost doubled the original estimate . Michael and Jerry took their time to evaluate the job, educate us and made us feel comfortable with their honest approach and straight forwardness talk. I'm a busy Realtor and previous client used Ability Plumbing after multiple bids and they too were extremely happy with their business manners and work performed and their prices! I highly recommend them for sure!

Mike is thorough and thoughtful. There aren't enough words to praise Kevan, he was extremely polite, caring for my comfort, and very knowledgeable...he explained all he was doing so I could understand, I think that's the best of him. Hard worker, diligent, friendly. A nice man and I think he really enjoys his job. I want to put in a great job Santiago did, what a super worker he is, always positive ...getting the job done correctly and work until it is correct. And Joshua was nice and tried to correct a problem. Very helpful. All your techs were super! Jerry also, gave much of himself to his task, very polite and a hard worker!

Michael Scottile with Ability Plumbing did a fantastic job. He explained everything throughout the process and very knowledgeable which is what I need.

Kevan was a great pleasure to work with and taught me a few things. As a general contractor, it is always a pleasure to meet an expert in thier trade who takes the time to explain everything. The entire company, including Michael, is just awesome and a breath of fresh air. Finding good hardworking subs that are fair in pricing is never easy, and I will not use anybody else for sewer line repairs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Christian Rodriguez came out for a follow-up visit/concern. He was very polite, capable and ethical. The issue was a cap on an outside wall pipe was slightly leaking. He fixed our minor issue and put our mind at ease. The more we use Ability, the more we like them and their business model.

Michael is a gentleman! He has the ability to put the customer at ease while informing me all the steps he was going to do. He made me feel like I was in very good hands!

Highly Recommend. Repair person was extremely friendly and efficient above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely use them again.
