Matt has been our constant, reliable plumber during a very difficult buildout of our café. Whenever we’ve needed him, day or night, Matt has come through for us. Always. If I needed a quick piece of information, he’d respond right away. If I needed him to come over to consult or work on a certain aspect of the project, emergency or not, he came right away. Matt is a stand-up guy with the knowledge and skills to get any job done.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent plumbing service visit.

First, your associate arrived without a camera and only had a snake tool, which proved inadequate to diagnose the root cause of the issue. He later attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment with a crew equipped with a camera, but I had expected that to be included in the original visit. As a result, I declined the additional appointment.

Second, during the visit, your associate appeared to be stalling and wasting time. He repeatedly attempted to use the snake in the same clean-out five times. After the third attempt, I asked whether we should try an alternative approach since it clearly wasn’t working. He responded that he did not have any other tools available.

Finally, the entire visit took approximately 2.5 hours, which felt excessive given that only one tool was used and no progress was made. I even offered to assist by helping move equipment to speed things up. It should not have taken that long to determine that the available equipment was insufficient to resolve the issue.

As a result of the service visit:
1. I did not get the pipes unclogged
2. I did not learn about the reason why the pipe had a blockage
3. I had to ask your associate to finish the job because it was obvious he was stalling for time on a Friday afternoon.
4. I had to pay $235 for the visit

I would not recommend others to use GPS plumbing for your plumbing issues.

This plumber is knowledgeable and he verified with me that the problem was resolved before he left.

This is what I call customer service.

We used GPS years ago when they were the sub for our home remodel. The quality of workmanship, the honesty of the employees, and the ease of working with them have made them my go-to plumbers. I recommend them without reservation! Hector did our work this time, and was absolutely a delight to work with.

Called GPS at 9:50 AM. By 11:50 AM my plumbing problem was fixed. Fast diagnosis and repair.

We were having toilet flushing issues. The toilets are older and the process was the old ball technique. One had broken and the other was not setting correctly.
Joshua and Tim came to our home to do the inspection and repair the parts the same day I called. They suggested the most recent updated version to replace the older ones. We agreed. They were correct. It worked very well. The two of them were very efficient, professional, informative, and polite.
They're rock stars as far as we are concerned. They took a major stressor off of our backs. We will use Ability again when needed. Thank you for the great service and the people you employ! It is appreciated.
I was having some issues with the flush valve and handle, too. Joshua came back to fix the handle issue and Jerry came to fix the flush valve. The toilets work very well now without issue. Their professionalism is appreciated.
