I can’t say enough good things about Pride Plumbing! I’ve had them out to my home 4-5 times and every time they are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, timely and get the job done right. The first time they came out they found the source of my leak in 30 minutes after I had three other companies come only leaving me with holes in my walls and no solutions. Chuck and Rob are really stand up guys who are so helpful and knowledgeable and will find ways to save you money. Rob has wonderful customer service, cleans up after his job, and makes me feel like my dad is there giving me tips and tricks about plumbing. The admin staff have also been very professional and courteous as well. I recommend this company unequivocally!!!

I had the pleasure of using Pride Plumbing for the first time for my personal residence. Damon and Lyle were incredibly great to work with and the customer service was amazing. They were both highly knowledgable and even took the time to explain/show me the process behind what they were doing/what was wrong because I was curious to know. Very friendly and professional. Lyle came out to repair a leak in my ceiling. He worked efficiently to identify the source of the leak and repair it. He explained step-by-step what he was doing. I felt like I was treated with honesty, and work was done at a fair price. Would contact Pride Plumbing again for future work!

He was very helpful, explained everything he observed and needed to do, and was friendly throughout the entire process. After having an unsuccessful plumbing visit, we called again to say the problem wasn’t fixed. The 2 gentlemen were able to identify the leak within minutes! We appreciate the time and attention we were given.

Very unprofessional. Fixing common wall drain pipes and copper pipes. My sink pipes and drain pipes had recently replaced less than 2 years ago. They came in and left both my sinks leaking. They were showing broken parts of my sink pipes that they broke. In addition they did not ask for us to remove our stuff and they didn't take it out themselves so my belongings got wet. They did not put rags to protect the cabinets. Broke one of our decorations and they hid it behind the toilet. Be careful because I don't trust any plumber who does not take care of the clients belongings and does not check their work before they leave. Unethical to not accept when they made a mistake or broke something.

Beware this Plumbing company Pride Plumbing Inc. I paid almost $500.00 replacing Moen stem after replacing the stem didn’t install back properly the tub spout, shower head & diverter plate an inch gap out on the tub wall. We call them to come back correct the messed they did , they told us $150.00 per hour to fix the messed they did. What a scam any body have a problem this company report to California License State Board.

Shout out to Pride Plumbing. They were able to come out, diagnose and clear the clog in our drain. They were able to professionally explain everything and provided recommendations as well.

I had two clogged bathroom sinks. I was referred to Pride Plumbing from a neighbor who used their services for a plumbing issue.
They were able to send a plumber that same day between 1 and 3. Joey arrived around 1 and was able to clear both drains in a reasonable amount of time..
He also replaced the p trap in one of the sinks that was corroded.

Joey Morris, Technician, has done a fantastic job on Finding Leaks in our Bathrooms this month and Making Recommendations for solutions.
Joey is a very nice guy with a good personality; he is always on time, and patiently explains technical procedures. When I need a Plumber again, I'll request Joey -- he's worth waiting for! Pamela M.

We had Matt today and he was FANTASTIC. You can tell these people enjoy doing their job. I needed a faucet and water filter installed. However the pipes were behind a completely different cabinet/drawer meaning he’d have to cut into the cabinet AND we didn’t have all the parts. Matt gave us a detailed run down on what would need to be done and other options to help make our kitchen still look nice while also being functional. He bought the pieces we needed and immediately got to work. The end result was perfect, we got exactly what we wanted. Our cabinets look untouched even though he had to cut a hole in them. INCREDIBLE! Also, because of how our cabinets/drawers are he had to add extra turns in the piping in order for the drawer to close once we have things in it. He did explain that extra turns can cause a clog so he added a little feature to help clear it if it ever happens. Our original feature to help clear clogs is way too old and could cause issues, we can’t remove it because of HOA. During his work? He was such a nice guy! He gave great advice and recommendations on maintenance and performance. We also have a baby and a toddler and they would NOT leave him alone. Same with my cat. He was very nice and professional as he took great care to make sure my family was safe while also interacting with us in such a friendly way. Just so happy with Matt’s service!!! Thank you!
