The plumbing service was great. The technicians were very professional in the way that they work and deal with the client.

Work was satisfactory. Replaced fixture's were not tightened properly and water pressure was not restored to original settings. Floors or furniture was not covered.

Called this business on Saturday and made an appointment for Monday 9/16/24 at 2 pm. No one showed up and no one called. Left work early and waited for nothing. Huge waste of time. Do not use this business and do not recommend.

Arrived on time like they said and gave a clear explanation of the problem.

I have used their services on two occasions (weekends) in Imperial CA. I am very happy with their prompt communication and professionalism.

Received quick service and my problem was fixed.

I had a shower leak that two other companies refused to address because my home is a mobile house. Then I found Plumbing Services Inc online. They answered my call, sent a technician, and fixed the leak the same day in under an hour and at a very reasonable price. The technician, Jesus, did an excellent job. I highly recommend Plumbing Services Inc for your plumbing needs!

There were two male plumbers and they did not speak English. I requested only one of them come into my apartment to do the work. From their mannerisms, it seemed as though they were upset about my request. I was on the phone with their office so the female could translate. One plumber came in to my apartment. His snake equipment did work it was broken. He went to truck and brought back in a silver metal box. He attempted to unscrew my faucet. I didn't allow him to do so. The owner of the company called me and I explained all that had happened. The owner told me that this guy in my apartment was a real plumber and that he wasn't someone who stands outside of Home Depot. I didn't say anything like that, the owner did. The plumber waited outside at the truck. I also told the owner that the plumber left a mess on kitchen floor, under and inside of the sink. The plumber returned to clean up the mess and left. The areas where not clean. My kitchen sink is still stopped up. While I am typing this message to you John Wilds of Tranquility Property Management hand delivers me a plumbing bill cost of $102 for a repair that was not completed. WOW, OMG!

I called in the morning, I told them the problem then I got transferred to another line waited then got disconnected. Called again and scheduled an appointment 1-5pm. I waited all time then no one showed up so I called them and I was told oh sorry we got into an emergency at another house. NO ONE CALLED ME TO GET SERVICE BY SOMONE ELSE. All the day got wasted for nothing! Horrible service!! Do not schedule with them because they won’t show up and will take other placed over yours. Avoid

Hydro jet unclogging lasted 5 months, whereas 3/8 snake unclogging lasted 1 year and few more months. Hmm.

The technician from Plumbing Service, Inc. performed the Hydro Jet on the kitchen sink on 1/27/25. The next morning, I noticed water leaking from the push-pull valve. I wiped the water and confirmed that it was coming from the valve. This issue seemed to have occurred after the technician connected the hose to the Hydro Jet (the high pressure from the Hydro Jet appeared to have damaged the valve). However, the Plumbing Service continued to insist that it was my fault, despite the fact that the technician told me, "I do not know why." I contacted customer service, and the supervisor was supposed to call me back, but I haven’t heard anything yet.

Very polite, very knowledgeable,prompt arrived on time. Very professional.

I'm very happy with Plumbing Services. Their workers went right to work as soon as they got the parts and were done in short order! I'm very impressed and will definitely be calling them again if needed.
