Jason is a licensed general contractor, so he knows a lot about every aspect of the job, and he is an outstanding craftsman. He has done two complete bathroom remodels for us, and they both have turned out perfectly. Prior to those, he did some smaller jobs and he was always timely in his work and did everything he said he would do. He is flexible and cares what the customer's desires are, and can advise the best way to get something done. He gets my highest recommendation.

Jason Schultz has performed services for me a number of times. He remodeled my kitchen; did repair work on the siding of my barn; replaced rain gutters; and completed dry rot repairs on my home's chimney. Jason is a pleasure to work with, he comes to work with a smile on his face and is always very pleasant and personable. The remodel turned out great; it included changing out an electrical, built in cook top and built-in oven with a modern gas slide-in double oven stove, adding new cabinetry and granite to match the existing system of cabinetry; a backsplash; all new lighting in the kitchen; and extending a wall to accommodate the changes. Jason stands by his work. After the barn was completed, we had one area that the siding did not respond well to rain moisture and Jason took care of the problem immediately at no additional cost.

I also recommended Jason to my son for extensive dry-rot repairs on his two story home. My son reported to me that he was so pleased with how thoroughly Jason inspected his home and that the completed work was beautiful. Jason's work reflects well on the mastery of his craft.

The most recent project Jason has completed for us was the installation of solid surface flooring and new baseboards in two bedrooms. The work was done on time and on budget and it was a joy to have him working here. He always leaves the site clean and tidy and safe.

Having Jason build our outdoor patio cover was a great experience! First off his communication from the start was amazing. He was on time each day. I had Jason Schultz remodel my kitchen last year. What seemed to be a normal remodel turned into a nightmare when he pulled out the first cupboard and out came a wall full of rodents and chewed up insulation. Jason took charge and cleared everything, including walls, that he had not planned on touching.
He is a perfectionist in everything he does. I picked a tough tile for the walls and it took him days to match everything up, but took it all in stride with a little teasing of me for picking it. I would never have expected him to get all the lines and designs to meet perfectly, but he did a magnificent job.
Even dealing with our 3 dogs greeting him every day and wanting to help, he patiently loved them every morning with lots of pets and praise. You know when your dogs approve of someone that they are something special
Jason is an extremely hard worker and even at the end of a long day he made sure he left everything as clean as possible. He was always pleasant to be around and his work is absolutely beautiful. He tried very hard to make this as pleasant an experience for us as possible. It was such a pleasure having someone like him in your house on a daily basis and feel comfortable about it. I was so pleased that we intend to have him do our next remodel.

We highly recommend Jason Schultz Construction. Our project consisted of remodeling all of our living areas as noted:
Entry to house, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen plus converting a breakfast room into a pantry and half bath.

Several walls were removed to create an open house floor plan. A number of other things were changed during this process such as bringing all floors to the same height as the living room was a step down or sunken floor. With wall removals load weight issues were cared for. The kitchen originally had a lowered ceiling, and a new vaulted ceiling was created for it. Everything such as structural issues, supports, wall and sheet rock removal, insulation along with new sheetrock, tape and texture, plus new wiring, plumbing, and floor removal throughout said areas. There were numerous other items (which is typical when a 48 year old house is remodeled) resolved by means of Jason’s expertise.

Jason also has a keen eye for design. Whenever we had a problem with a design element, we always deferred to him and it worked out perfectly.

Throughout this entire project which took a little more than 5 months, Jason maintained a superb attitude, easygoing personality and willingness to tackle obstacles head on and come up with a good solution.

We have hired Jason to do quite a few projects so far starting with a dog wash station to replace the utility sink in the laundry room. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Such attention to details too- We then had Jason design us a loft for our daughter’s room. He came up with the PERFECT design that’s safe and can hold a ton of weight. He even made her a desk and integrated lighting. He then designed a custom record bar in our dining room with matching tables- will post pictures soon! Currently, he is remodeling our kitchen and can’t wait to see what he does next! We just love how he turned our ideas into a reality- thank you JASON!!!!!!!

Throughout my driveway-project, the communication from the entire GKing team was quick and very professional. They kept me informed at every stage. Safe to say they care for my satisfaction.

Claudio and his install guys were also incredible. The precision involved laying every last paver still impresses me. They worked efficiently, minimizing disruptions and, most importantly to me, maintained a clean worksite in my front yard.

Another big reason I pulled the trigger with GKing was due to their appealing warranty. The pavers they use are built to last and the company's warranty showed me an extra layer of GKing's confidence in itself. Really it just decreased the amount of risk I was taking on.
