I had kind of an obscure issue with my oven and Tyler was able to get to the bottom of it and get it fixed! Very professional and friendly-good customer service is pretty rare so I always want to review so that others can get the same treatment!

The worst thing that can happen to a family with active kids is have a dryer go down. (Ok maybe I am aggregating, but it really is an inconvenience). I called and they scheduled a technician to come out a few hours later. They gave me a time. Not a window of time and he showed up a few minutes early. He easily diagnosed the issue and was able to place a part or for me. Due to Covid, parts are not readily available so there was a delay. No fault to them. They were very communicative as to updating me on the part and the expected time frame. Thank you for the fantastic customer service, you have a client for life!

My ice machine in my Samsung refrigerator kept freezing over resulting in not making ice until I chiseled the ice out. I finally was fed up and called EDH appliance repair. He was very knowledgeable and ultimately referred me to call Samsung as I may be able to get it fixed for free due to the issues of the Samsung ice makers. Sure enough it was fixed for free! I appreciate EDH appliance for the honesty and time. I will definitely use them in the future.

We’ve called Tyler for service issues on three different occasions (oven/refrig-freezer/trash compactor). In each case, he offered a variety of solutions and helped us pick the right one for our circumstances. We will use him again and highly recommend his services.

My lower freezer wasn't working 100%. But refrig works fine yet running non stop. Frozen foods slowly thaw. Ice cream was mush, fresh food would not freeze, ice cubes would. First time calling EDH Appliance. Extremely happy I did. Minimal house call fee, that goes towards repairs. No window period, says he'll be there at 1:00, he is there at 1:00. Tyler inspected the unit and reported its the condenser slowly failing. The house call fee was well worth all the info he shared with me . Said its too expensive to replace so start shopping for a new Refer/freezer unit. He shared which manufacture he recommends and which stores to start looking as they have bigger warehouses for product storage. At this day and age, most all products are out of stock with waiting lists. I was lucky and scored , new unit coming end of the week. Meanwhile my freezer is just an extension of the refrig. Luckily I have an chest freezer in the barn.
I highly recommend this company, I now have them on speed dial for any future appliance failing.

What a difference! Tyler came over, pet my dog, and after a few questions knew exactly what to do with our refrigerator. The ice maker in the Samsung was garbage, but Tyler found the problem, fixed it, and got the job done. He was quick, efficient, and 1/2 of what I’d paid any other appliance repair service before. He was also very careful to stay a safe distance, wear a mask, and clean up after the service—which I appreciated. So glad to have a knowledgeable professional get the job done right.

I called on Monday about our noisy oven blower fan. Our Home warranty refused to fix stating they don’t do preventive work. Tyler looked at it on Wednesday and determined what part needed. Part was installed on Saturday and problem fixed. This was after another appliance company had told us no part was available and to live with noise. Good communication during whole process.
