EDH Appliance Repair provided top notch quality and attention to detail! Our oven broke on a holiday morning and we were so fortunate enough to have them respond to our call so quickly. Candace was able to get us an appointment rapidly and communicated so professionally. Tyler arrived on time and happily explain the issue while fixing the repair within minutes. We are so grateful for EDH Appliance Repair and would refer them over & over again. Call them now! You will be so glad to have met them and worked with them!!

I'm so happy with EDH Appliance Repair. They were able to get out to my house quickly (less than 24 hrs) and the gentleman was very courteous and was able to diagnosis and fix the issue in less than an hour! My washing machine broke and with 3 boys under the age of 5, I use multiple times a day. Most of the places I called had a two week (or more) wait time. EDH Appliance Repair was able to get out to my house the next day and dx and fix the issue on the spot. He had the part on him, so I didn't have to wait for parts to be ordered nor did I have to spend money on a brand new machine. I'd highly recommend this company.

Tyler, with EDH Repair, was quick to get our refrigerator working properly again. On Thursday night we noticed our freezer was defrosting, and despite cleaning the coils ourselves, the freezer would not freeze. We messaged Tyler at 8pm and he came out the following afternoon, right on time, and fixed it within an hour. He also followed-up with us the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. He was friendly and honest and we will use him in the future for any other repairs.

I called several appliance repair places before finding this one. EDH Appliance Repair was the most pleasant to deal with on the phone and was the only one available to come out the same week. I really like that they gave me an actual appointment time, not a window of time like other places. I also appreciate that they apply their reasonable service call fee to any repairs. Tyler is prompt, professional, competent, and friendly. I really like that this is a small family business -- it was excellent service from my first phone call to the completed repair. I'm very happy to have found this company and will definitely call on them again.

We contacted EDH Appliance Repair last week to fix our dishwasher. They were quick to respond and schedule an appointment. They were transparent about pricing ahead of the appointment and shared good advice on when to repair vs. replace. The technician (Tyler) was on time and offered to check on additional appliances while he was there. Definitely would use them again!

Tyler at EDH Appliance is the BEST!! Nothing is worse than realizing your washing machine is leaking all over the floor on laundry day! EDH Appliance was able to come out on a very short notice and properly diagnose the problem. Luckily for my family and I, Tyler had the part I needed in stock and was able to make a quick, professional, and affordable repair on my LG washer. Thank you, Tyler.

Had an awful experience. Paid 400 dollars for him to fix our dishwasher. He assured us that we needed a specific part and he knew what was wrong. We paid 400 dollars and waited over a week for him to come out and replace the part. Turns out, the part he replaced didn’t fix the dishwasher, and he didn’t know what was wrong. He suggested we replace another part for another 400 dollars to fix it. We asked for our money back and he pretty much ran out of our house because he knew he messed up.

He is now refusing to give us money back through text. Not at any point did he say this might or might not fix the problem. He told us it will fix it. Super unprofessional and bad business etiquette.

Don’t recommend

Called Tyler to have him look at our trash compactor that was not working. We explained what was happening, told him the year, model number and brand of our appliance.
When he arrived, he looked at the unit, checked for parts on his phone and said he couldn’t repair because parts were no longer available. Was here 10 mins and charged us $100!
IDK, maybe he could have researched prior to the visit and let us know there were no parts available to repair this unit and saved the trip over and charging us a service fee for nothing.
Very disappointing.

Tyler came and cleared the error code on my kitchenAid dishwasher. He charged normal service fee. All was great until the error returned after one full cycle. He wanted to charge a 2nd service fee. He is very good at clearing an error code but not so good with diagnostics.

Tyler is great! Our frig water hose went out and he came out gave us a good quote and as soon as the part arrived he came back when he said he would and fixed our refrigerator. He does great work and gave us a good price. Would call him out again if we have any issues with our appliances for sure.

Called and left message. The message stated they would be available next day. Never heard from them.

This company is terrible. DO NOT hire them. They are completely unprofessional. They came out to my residence to look over a project to install a separate outlet for a spa we had just purchased. Provided us a quote and we decided to go with them. Called and scheduled an appointment. The day of they showed up in front of our house. Sat there for a few minutes and drove away. Began calling and sent an email after they left. Did not hear back from them for 3 hours. My husband finally received an email stating they decided not to do our job.

We've used Folsom Lake Electric for a whole house fan and then recently for a Tesla charger. They respond to my emails and address my concerns on-site. He does what he agreed to do when he says he's going to do it. His installs are/were professional. He has left the site free of debris or anything that would let you know he was there. If you do go whole house fan, I recommend the slight upgrade to the timer, it has been well worth it.

Mike and team were very professional, and quick to get things done. I've had them out for 3-4 jobs now and everything works fantastic! Simple stuff like re-wiring a bathroom fan to full circuit installations and upgrades for my new pool pump. Highly recommended!

Second time with Mike and Kristin but kinda my first so...

3 years ago we had reached out for a quote on hot tub electrical, I know enough to just to be dangerous but was too busy getting a home in San Jose ready to be sold. My wife had a quote that seemed ridiculous so I looked into an alternative group. Kristin explained of issues with the website (COVID) and apologized for the delay in her response but got Mike out the next day. My wife met with Mike, he not only explained about the the competitive quote but offered a much more reasonable option, we went with it and are very happy.

Jump to 2023 (from 2020) and I have a freaky outlet issue in the house while installing a safe GFCI outlet in bathrooms as I performed remodels. One outlet updated to a GFCI and 5 outlets are now dead! Rack my brain, drives my wife crazy questioning everything over the last 40 years of marriage and...

Mike installed 3 ceiling fans 3 ceilings lights and several dimmer switches in our new home. He was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend “Folsom Lake Electric” for your next electrical project!

I've had Mike out to the house a couple times now. The work completed today was installing several new outlets in front of house, upgrading old braided cable outlets in garage , install new permanent garage light fixture. Mike was nice, tidy, price seems reasonable and the work looks great. I will call him out again in the future.
