You usually hear from customers when someone is not happy. I wanted to inform you that I am a completely satisfied customer!

I would like to express my thanks for your technician, Kris, who came to our home and repaired our lights. He was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, I found it easy scheduling an appointment with your scheduling team. I am a new customer with Trident and because of your professional technician and scheduling team, I will definitely call Trident for my future electrical needs.

My husband and I 100% recommend using Trident Electric. They were super responsive, really professional, and they did a great job. Kris was awesome to work with - both friendly and super knowledgeable. They gave us a great rate as well. We will definitely be using Trident for all our electrician needs moving forward. 10/10

We just had Kris in our house this morning to finish up an electrical situation that had me absolutely befuddled last week. It wasn't an emergency so we agreed to have him out this morning. Having just gone through a four month contractor nightmare with a kitchen insurance issue, Trident was a VERY welcome breath of fresh air. The last couple of years have left me with little trust in contractors. No calls. No shows. Price gouging to avoid accepting jobs. It's been bad. I regained a massive amount of trust back because of Robert and his company. The receptionist picked up the phone after hours on Friday. Robert called me back on a Saturday. Kris could not have been more kind, professional and good at his job. He finished our tangle of early 90's electrics, walked me through EVERYTHING and even walked me through how to do one last little thing that didn't need to be done, but it will be nice to have when I get to it.

I just can't say enough good things. Looking forward to having Trident back at our house to do some ceiling fan work and who knows what else. I was even thrilled at the price. Seemed fair and manageable without being too expensive or too cheap.

I know you all are a new-ish company, but keep this kind of work and communication going and you all are going to be rock stars in Sacramento and El Dorado County. Fair and honest dealing. Always. This seems to be what you'll get with Trident...and excellent work on top of that.

Our experience with Rob and team at Trident has been outstanding. From the get-go, they were timely in responding locally via phone and scheduling an appointment. Great communication. Tech came right on time. Fixed the issue with cordial demeanor and clear field experience. Price was great, and we’re now customers for good. Trident checks all the boxes most other companies lack. Justin and Kris were my electricians they were on time they did an excellent job. I love my new charger. They weren’t here as long as they thought they would be. and they were super nice.

Trident responded immediately to my online request for a service call. My EV charger plug had overheated and almost started a fire. I had wired it myself... Kris from Trident came the next day and found the problem immediately. I had installed a plug not rated for the charger. Very quickly and efficiently he fixed the problem, thank God! Great service, nice people, fair prices. Highly recommended!

Rob and his entire team at Trident are total pros and I am so grateful for their help across multiple projects. I hired them to help with a historical hotel that had multiple issues (panel work, outlets, historical lighting, fixtures, generator, etc. - there was not limit to what Trident could do for us!) and they got us up and running at a price that worked well for our budget. Their level of service is incredibly high, they are clear to communicate any extra costs/change orders and their invoices come in promptly with details being clearly outlined.

Rob's team will drop whatever they can to squeeze us in when we are in a total pinch as they recognize we have guests staying in our hotel and we want our guests and staff to be comfortable and safe.

Having owned a construction company for many years in the Bay Area, I would say that Rob is one of the best electricians I have worked with and I would highly recommend Trident for your residential and commercial projects!

Do not trust this company. I called and they use a generic answering service that isn’t affiliated with the company at all. I then received a call back a week later from a rep asking what I wanted (after leaving detailed notes from their answering service) I asked for a consult/quote for running low voltage Ethernet and Coax throughout my new home.

They said they’d love to give me a free estimate and proceeded to send out a tech that had zero clue about low voltage. He took videos and told me he would get back to me with people that knew what they were doing. That was two weeks ago, no quote or follow up. Waste of my time.

Trident electric installed a new electric panel on our condo. Two days after moving in the breaker kept tripping. We called trident to report the problem and they did not respond to our messages. This was a hardship as we had no electricity on one side of the condo. We had to reach out to another electrical company to repair the breaker at our cost. Finally after numerous attempts trying to contact Trident for reimbursement they told us we were beyond the 30 day window of warranty by 5 days.
(The condo was vacant a month after installation of the breaker). The owner, Rob, became very rude and insisted it was not his responsibility to pay for the faulty fuse.
It cost us $150 out of pocket to correct the problem mostly because of the time involved to understand the circuitry of their installation.
I would not recommend this company.

Chris from Trident Electric came out in the morning to give me an estimate to install an electrical outlet in a closet. He was prompt, and proceeded to inspect the closet area, as well as my attic to see where to pull the wires down from. The bid seemed fair considering the couple hours of work it would entail. He returned in the afternoon with a helper, and between the two of them, they installed my new outlet exactly as they said they would. Crawling around in my attic must have been hot. 😆
They were efficient, friendly and obvilusly skilled in their trade. I am exceedingly pleased with their work.
If I have any electrical needs or issues in the future, I am definitely calling Trident Electric.

Kris and Brandon came out today to give me a quote. Their price was right and they had the time to do the work while they were here, so the work is already done in the time I thought it would take just to get a quote. They were super cool and knowledgeable. I've finally found my go to electricians.
