We had a very bad experience with the diagnosis of our problem. I do not recommend using this business.
Update: I thought it would be more useful if I put more information. If you are not living in a primary residence in Tahoe area I would high recommend using someone else. After quickly assessing our situation and me asking some questions the plumber became quite belligerent and referenced that people from my area code are what is wrong with the area. There is obviously some pent up frustration with people not living there and I recommend going with one of the other options in the area.

Called on a Friday afternoon. Texted a few pictures of the problem. Jessie came right out, fixed my plumbing, couldn’t have been nicer, and charged a fair price.

This company has been wonderful from the start. I called first thing in the morning to get a clogged fixed and they came right away. Rory was more than helpful with everything. I Definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Jessie & Daniel were great! Jessie responded within 90 minutes of my initial call & he immediately diagnosed the “leak” problem. He ordered the parts & passed the info. on to Daniel who had it fixed the next day! I’ve used Rooter Man several times in the past and they are my “go to” guys for plumbing needs in the future! Rory was great, he was professional and very knowledgeable. We called that morning and they were able to get us on the schedule that day as we couldn’t use any water. We had roots that grew into our pipes and he diagnosed the problem and was able to get us back up and functioning. Highly recommended.

100% would recommend Rooterman. Answered the phone promptly on a Saturday night. They were able to come the next day and resolve my sewer blockage due to root build up. I stumbled across this business after striking out with the other major box stores. I was looking for a simple price sister cartridge replace one in the kitchen.

After driving across town to the other stores, I use Google and found this storefront.

I walked in, and immediately upon entry, I was greeted by two kind of gentleman. One of them escorted me to where the part would be, and assisted in locating the item. Five minutes after walking into the store, I found the part I needed to make the repair at home.

Both men mentioned this was their third week at this location , and I gave them my word. I’d provide an honest review. I received no discounts or promises of any kind from the business. I only provide reviews on first hand experiences absent any incentive other than to promote local businesses

Harris Plumbing came through for us. We had a difficult to trouble shoot leak under our kitchen sink. Different plumber had been out twice and was not able to fix it. Jacob, from Harris Plumbing found the problem and was able to fix it quickly. Harris was able to provide same-day-service on this at a reasonable price. Thank you Jacob and Harris.

We had our water heater go out and we were in search of a plumber to install a new one. Our house is an older model and right away Steve informed us that we would need a tankless water heater . He was able to talk us through the process over the phone Right away I can tell that we were 100% going to be going with Harris plumbing. He informed me that Jacob would be stopping by to check out the old water heater . Right away Jacob was very polite and respectful. He was able to walk us through on what to expect just as Steve did . Which I thought was very awesome that they both took the time to actually talk and make sure we understood what was to be to going on . They were able to not only match the last plumbers quote they beat his price . And saved us so much money . They were able to come out the very next day . Everyone else told us it would be a while before they could come out . Jacob and his partner mike came on a Saturday and they took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, You can tell with this company that they take great pride in their job and company. Jacob answered every question we had and he explained Everything with pride . They had everything done very quickly we are so satisfied with Harris plumbing I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. And I would like to add that when they went to pick up our unit from the store, the store was out of the one we needed , so they kindly Upgraded us to a better model . That's the best customer service ever . I would like to thank Harris plumbing for their excellent service .

Cobabe Bros is an excellent local plumbing company. The plumbers and apprentices are professional, communicate well and will make recommendations and offer options so the client can understand what may be available.
