I used this company for rat extermination as well as termite tenting after several recommendations on Nextdoor. They were great! Professional & reasonable. We were not always easy to work with, had million questions & had to change appointments couple of times. Jacob was awesome and worked with us. The work performed was well done. I would use them again and highly recommend.

5-star is not enough for this company especially Juan Hernandez, the amazing technician who helped us get through a really stressful bird mite infestation. Not only was he incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he also came the very same day we called — which was such a relief during a stressful time. From the moment he arrived, Juan was calm, kind, and knowledgeable. He immediately made us feel at ease and took the time to listen to our concerns without rushing us.

Juan didn’t just treat the problem — he explained everything clearly: where the mites were likely coming from, how the treatment would work, and what steps we could take to prevent them from coming back. He showed real attention to detail, inspecting every corner thoroughly and treating the affected areas with great care. He went above and beyond, even following up to make sure everything was resolved.

If you’re dealing with any pest issue, I can’t recommend Juan Hernandez highly enough. He’s professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about his work. This company is lucky to have him!

Great service! We woke up on Christmas Day to find hundreds of termites in our home, hovering around one of our window sills. Just what I asked Santa for…

We first had another company come out to inspect our home and give us a quote. The other company barely looked inside the crawl space and told us it’s subterranean termites and that we also have the other type of termites that need fumigation, but we can just do subterranean for now. When they sent us a quote, I think they just offered a 1-year guarantee.

Josh from AABC came out a couple days later and was extremely thorough with his inspection. He walked through the entire house and even went into our attic. He educated us along the way about everything from termites, homes, etc. and answered all of our many questions. He told us that we do have both types of termites, but it’s more pressing that we take care of the subterranean ones. Since we plan on remodeling parts of our house, he said we should hold off on tenting it until afterwards, in case any new wood has termites. It was comforting to know that despite our house being over 40 years old and having never been tented, there was minimal damage to our wood.

Josh encouraged us to get at least a 3rd quote, but we didn’t want to. Josh’s quote was roughly similar to the other one (maybe slightly cheaper, but he offered a 10-year guarantee! Moreover, we liked Josh and believe in relationships. We felt Josh invested the time to earn our business.

His crew came out and treated the perimeter and crawl space. They were quick, efficient, and easygoing.

I’ve been using Molly Maids for about a year now, and I’m definitely happy with the service. My home always smells fresh and looks great after they’ve been here. The salesperson (or maybe the owner—I’m not sure) has been really accommodating with adjusting the schedule this summer. As a teacher off for the summer, I appreciated the flexibility. The ladies who come to clean are friendly and so sweet with my kids. If you’re looking for help keeping your home tidy without having to do it all yourself, I’d absolutely recommend them.

After seeing the work done at my Friend Alex home, I decided to give them a trial. Coming from an independent I didn’t realize how more details on the clean until now. All the stubborn grease on the hood range is gone! They even help me peel off the aluminum foils I installed 6 years ago on my kitchen counter. 25 dollars off also help! If you appreciate quality and professionalism you won’t be disappointed!

My home was affected by the Eaton fire and finally have time to give some kudo to them. After our evacuation lifted, we can't wait to move back even without power yet but need our home deep cleaning of all the ashes. I spent hours calling and no one wants to help due to lack of power. ONLY finally come across MOLLY MAID. To my surprise, I was told YES they can help me as they equip their team with gas generator just to help many affected by the fires. I was very touched by this. They did a very good job under hours and get my family back in and out of the hotel. Business ethics like this is very hard to find nowadays and should be recognized.
