Cynthia and Veronica always do an amazing job! It looks and smells clean every time. I have known Veronica for many years and she is such a joy to see her each time she comes. Now Cynthia comes and together they make a dynamic team.

I had two ladies from Molly Maids come out to do a move out clean for my mother who is too elderly to take on the task of cleaning her home. The whole house was cleaned in a matter of hours! It was so amazing how beautiful of a job these ladies did! This cleaning company is highly recommended. Very professional! Get ready to be AMAZED!

Leslie and Aurora have cleaned my house twice now and have done a phenomenal job. It has taken such a load off of my busy schedule and I truly appreciate them cleaning my house so thoroughly. Leon, the coordinator for Molly Maid is so responsive and wants to be sure that we are happy with the service. I do think the price is a little high considering I don’t have them clean 4 of my bedrooms, only the main parts of the house, but I understand the size and complexity. And to be honest, it really is just so helpful to have someone else take care of that work for you. Thank you, Molly Maid and I look forward to my monthly service.

Leon and his team were very kind and understanding. They did an excellent job cleaning my elderly mother‘s home and she was very pleased. Cynthia and Veronica are fast, polite, efficient! First time booking. Everything is so clean! They finished in less time than estimated too! They offer different maintenance schedules and now I just have to do little tidy-ups and leave the real work to them.

Had the opportunity to hire Leon’s team at Molly Maid for a recent tenant move out at our townhouse. Unfortunately, the tenant neglected the unit which required us to paint and redo the flooring. Molly Maid came in and did a miracle on the bathroom and kitchen (worst areas) but because it took so much work and got dark that they were not able to clean the flooring as well as I had hoped. I expressed this concern and Leon who was extremely communicative through the whole job came back the next day to make the floor was spotless to my wishes. I think this type of customer service which is rare these days that makes Leon and Molly Maid stand out. Not every job will go as expected but resolving it by going beyond his call of duty is what will get me to use them again! Thanks Molly Maid team!

I had Cynthia and Veronica come to clean our house for the first time to help my parents out. They cleaned my house so very thoroughly and had respected my parents to no end. Both of their customer service skills went above and beyond to friendly smiles, kind conversations, and they made sure to ask questions to ensure that we were getting the best care. My home smells clean and looks like an absolute brand new home. My mom cannot stop smiling and talking about how well they cleaned. we also have a dog with stubborn pet hair and we barely notice any hair flying around or stuck to our couches. while these women were cleaning our house they had gotten every speck of dust out of all of our rooms,kitchen, and living room. I had no idea that there was that much disgusting junk everywhere but they had made sure every nook and cranny was cleaned in our house✨ I so very much appreciate Cynthia and Veronica for taking care of my house. customer service skills always was my number one priority but they both have exceeded my expectations in every which way. They worked well as a team with efficiency and quality felt like their priority.

We ended up doing a move-out clean-out. Leon was easy to communicate with, prices were reasonable, the house was immaculate, and the maids were kind and efficient. Thank you!

Lily and Dolores came to clean my house that I haven’t lived in for two years and left it immaculate. The house was in terrible shape initially. Very dusty, and just recently having had work done on and in the house, it was disgusting. By the time they were done I could not believe I was looking at the same house. It was night and day. They surpassed my expectations. I am a very happy customer. Lily and Dolores are extremely hard working and this has been by far the best experience I’ve had with any home service. We’re so happy with the service we received from team Mayra and Kenia! I’m pregnant in my 3rd trimester and cleaning, especially getting to harder to reach areas now have been more difficult. We explored a few companies in the area but after our first cleaning, we’re so glad we went with Molly Maid. They were so professional/friendly and got the job done efficiently. I also appreciated their little decor touches like folded towel art. It’s the little details like this that emphasize the care that they put into their work. Highly recommend!

This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and I chose Molly Maid after checking out a few different options and reviewing the services they provide, which fit my criteria.

We started with a walk-through of my home with the supervisor from Molly Maid, Vy, who was very friendly and helpful with explaining the services they cover. We also discussed any specifics I needed.

We did another walk-through with the supervisor at the end to make sure that I was satisfied with their work, which I definitely am! My house desperately needed cleaning, so I understood that the service would take some time and lots of elbow grease. Dolores and Kenia did an amazing job and I'm happy with and appreciate their hard work!

I plan to hire Molly Maid again for any future cleaning service I need. Hope this review was helpful!

Kenia and Aurora were great. They were very patient and very thorough which is hard to come by. For the price and thoroughness, they are more than worth the price for the service!

Lilia and Alma did a terrific job deep cleaning our garage and sun room. We had a lot of dust and debris. Everything is spotless now and even smells great. We highly recommend Molly Maids and specifically Lilia and Alma.

I decided not hiring this company just after taking with one guy on the phone for a price quote. Very impatient and unprofessional.

Really bad experiment with this company, first appointment they said they are unable to connect the water for carpet cleaning and will come back the next day. Then the next day, they did not appear at the appointment time without any notice. When I called them, they did not even answer the phone. It was a very bad day.
