They were hired to do deep cleaning after new floor installation. They did decent job on carpet, curtain, sofa, windows and chandeliers.

Unfortunately they did very poor job on washer and dryer, cleaning inside each cabinet, shower tile grout deep cleaning. They only seem to use wet towels to wipe down counters leaving grease still on kitchen counter and wall behind hood. When told to redo some areas, the supervisor slam drawers and cabinets doors.

Supervisor was being unprofessional and kicking new workers and yelling and giving instructions how to do the job. It’s as if they were using my house as training ground.

This is our third time using them and this time almost all the regular cleaning tasks turns out extremely disappointing. Floor is still dirty after they mop. Counters have towel residue as if towels material is falling apart. Mirrors and glass have lots of wiping streaks. They didn’t reach all the up to the top of mirror wall in the bathroom leaving top section above lighting fixture still dusty.

They seem to expect us the owner to tell them how to do the job right instead of do it right the first time without being to. They did try to fix the problems we address but it was already into 10th hour of they day and we also felt how tired their team members are. Hope they can be professional and do it right the first time.

I spent almost $1000 to deep clean entire house before I moved in. Carpet was okay, but the floor is not clean at all. All the edges on the floor are super dirty, and the surface is not clean well. The worker keeps asking extra money to do the deep clean, but the poor quality job is not worth the money at all. I already spent all my effort on moving, but now I still have to do the cleaning on myself.

The cleaning service is really great - the person who does it is also very nice and responsible. He comes to clean our warehouse office every week and gives me feedback after he's done, which is really thoughtful. Thank you so much
