We had a cogged drain issue. Unknown what to do, we decide to call three of the local plumbers to see what the best method would be to solve our issue. Two of them suggested to dig up our yard and to replace the pipes. This suggestion would have cost us a lot of money and we would have to forfeit our vacation this year. When we called and spoke with Mike, he told us about his Hydro-jet machine that would get the job done. He promised us that it would work and he could solve the issue at hand.

I really like this technician Daniel. He’s very professional and been working in fixing and installation of tankless water heater for 10 years. He checked my heater and explained everything patiently. He found out the problems right away and also showed me the broken parts and told me the cost for the new parts. He’s a honest professional and gave me the best price and fixed everything right away like MAGIC!

Yesterday, Daniel and his amazing colleague (Daniel senior) came out to diagnose an issue with our tankless water heater. Today, they came back and even helped me clean and fix all three shower heads (two bathrooms upstairs) without wanting any extra charge at all.

From the very first visit, they were incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything in detail — not just the immediate problem, but so many related aspects of how the system works. What impressed me most was their complete honesty and transparency. There was zero upselling. In fact, they told us we didn’t need to replace or change anything right now. They even called the dealer right in front of us so we could hear the conversation and understand the warranty details clearly.

They were upfront about the unit likely lasting another 5 to 8 years with the recommended approach, which felt incredibly refreshing and trustworthy. They left the first visit without charging us a single penny and clearly explained what the future repair would cost once the parts arrive — and it was significantly less than quotes we received from other companies, including the one we have a service membership with!

Beyond the excellent technical service, they are genuinely great human beings with real integrity. They carried themselves with such respect, spoke kindly, and were especially thoughtful and patient with the elderly in our home.

Honestly,I was a bit worried about getting a new water heater installation, but these guys made it easy. Tankless Water Heater Repair and Plumbing handled everything professionally and answered all my questions without rushing.

The hot water isn’t working and there’s a leak, which has been really frustrating. Other plumbers tend to avoid Rinnai systems because they’re complicated and difficult to work with, and they’re also hard to reach. Daniel, on the other hand, is incredibly responsive, professional, and kind. He tried to fix it as quickly as possible, regardless of whether it was the weekend or late at night. After he fixed it, we were so happy to have hot water in our home again.
