We had a Rheem Tankless water heater that had problems with the fire staying on. The Rheem was not displaying any error codes so we weren't able to pinpoint the problem. I needed maintenance on my Navien tankless water heater and the price quoted was the best compared to two other companies. Daniel came to do the work and was courteous, thorough, careful, and very knowledgeable. He was very familiar with my system and able to easily answer all of technical questions. I found this company on Yelp & contacted them based on their reviews. We were quoted by another company to replace our current tankless water heater & I wanted a second opinion. Jessica took my info over the phone, had me text her pics of our tankless hookup & emailed a quote that came in over a $1000 less than we were quoted. We’d been without hot water for 4 days.. They scheduled us for the following day after 4:00. The technician was running late due to traffic but they assured me he was coming, I just knew they’d be calling to tell me it was going to be postponed to the next day, but instead Jessica told me he was still on his way. He showed up after 6:00 & worked until after 9:30 to have us up & running with hot water again!!!! We were so grateful we were not charged any additional fees for the late hour & how they treated our situation as a priority! So professional & all had a great attitude, even at that late hour! I HIGHLY recommend them!!
