Eddie came out to our home and replaced both the toilet and garbage disposal the same day. He was incredibly thoughtful and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He made both my grandmother and myself feel very comfortable throughout the process. Overall, I’m extremely impressed and highly recommend him!

Called them to clear a clogged bathroom drain, but unfortunately a problem I knew was looming for a few years had to be addressed. 70 year old cast iron pipes were corroded beyond saving. Pascual was my first contact with this company and he represented them very well. He was competent, knowledgeable and very kind as I was not taking the news well. My pipes have been replaced. My family is happy for me that I don’t have to stress about them anymore. Really good company and very good service guys. They did an amazing job in every phase of this project. I would highly recommend them.

My mother Ms.Gena Persons had some toilet issues and frank was very helpful, respectful and very communicative about everything he was doing and what needed to be done. He also broke down the pricing and wasn't forceful about getting it done right away. We would recommend his services to anyone.

Shout out to the team for there fast and immediate response time and able to get someone scheduled same day ,however the operators Mathew and Angelo are some of the most outstanding plumbers I have come across. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my kitchen sink being clogged up. For what was initially a routine snake job turned into a whole other monster and both gentlemen were there with solutions and working diligently to fix my situation. Would definitely recommend for future jobs.

So i had a blockage in the business i worked at. High speed rooter and plumbing responded fast to my request, and was able to arrive in a hour. The technician Matthew, was friendly, and went above and beyond in fixing the clog. he tried many different methods, and finally was able to unclog. he also did his best by cleaning up the work area, letting me know on possible future solutions, and alternatives if i wish to proceed. I definitely will come to them for their value for money, and service quality

Fast, professional, friendly. Our septic tank has been emptied in no time. Will contact them for any plumbing problem in the future . Frank took the time to explain the possible problem I could have with our seepage pit, and suggested a free inspection. Greatly appreciated.

We had a great experience with High Speed Rooter & Plumbing. We were in escrow to sell a property with a fast close and these guys showed up when we needed them to. They had the best price and provided the most feedback considering I’m no expert in septic tanks. Shout out to Frank for being so courteous, prompt and just a pleasure to work with.

I had a bathroom sink not draining two days before hosting thanksgiving. Called several places but first availability was after the holiday. High Speed Rooter & Plumbing was able to get someone out withing 90 minutes. Eric (the gentleman who showed up) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. After trying to snake the drain and exhausting all non invasive methods he suggested it might be corrision in the pipes blocking things up. Sure enough, after opening op the cleanout; the pipe was completely corroded. He promised he could do the replacement and fix, same day.

Sure enough Eric worked quickly and diligently, taking photos and keeping me updated on the progress and knocked out the replacement of the pipes before dinnertime. He even helped me out with an annoying leaky outdoor faucet (including a run to the hardware store for a part) just because he promised he'd get it done.

Overall a really positive experience.

We are new to rural living. Our septic system was ancient and had failed we were literally hours away from disaster. Frank Torres and his crew performed an emergency rescue. Frank explained what caused the problem and what the options were to fix. His crew went to work immediately and remained on site for a week to install a completely new system. His crew couldn't be more capable or nice. They showed up in force with all kinds of heavy equipment. They are construction and building pros. Everything looks better than ever. They even laid new concrete where they had to do digging that looks much better than ever. I will use this company exclusively in future and recommend them to anyone needing help with plumbing. Especially if you are in dire straits as we were. All were very nice to all the dogs and animals on our ranch. Really great people.

The Technologist Alfredo Aguilar was was very knowledgeable and attentive Alfred explained the process of clearing out the sewer. He was friendly and professional. Because Alfred I will continue to use High speed rooter & plumbing for any future projects thanks guys

Javier is the best Plummer I ever seen in my life. He’s So helpful he came to my center and I asked him to cover a drain and he did it with no charge and happily No charge at all and that’s why I chose this company to do my plumbing. He even went the extra mile and replaced our kitchen faucet so as to leave nothing undone. He explained the issues/solutions in detail and included us every step of the way. I had a large sewer drainage issue and initially called them in for an assessment. Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable and we started with an initial drain clearance but we saw a lot more damage and corrosion since I had old pipes. I ended up needing a complete change of my sewerage and water intake pipes and I stuck with Frank since he did a great job with explaining and being a point of contact through the process. Bumps came around as with any project but he was very honest and upfront about everything. Great service and the pipes work wonderfully. Would definitely recommend them.

Juan was amazing! 3rd time's a charm for a reason because the other 2 estimates were ridiculously ever the top. Our business is in a 119 year old building so nothing is easy when it comes to plumbing and we needed 2 pumps replaced down a 5 ft well in the basement. That last sentence sounds like a nightmare and he absolutely got the job done in a timely and clean manner. Would 10/10 recommend for jobs BIG and small. Thanks guys!

What an absolute scam. I had a worker come out because our basement flooded. He told me that it was a sewer pump issue. He told me the pump was broken. How did he know this? He tried plugging it in to another outlet and didn’t hear a noise. That was enough for him to confidently tell us we needed to do a 4000 dollar plus fix to replace the pump. Turns out the pump is very obviously not connected to the problem. The pump works fine and we actually needed a sewer line replacement. The guy that came out had no idea what he was talking about and tried to rush me in to paying 4000 for a problem that did not exist. I told him our floor drains were flooding and they are not even connected at all. Very lazy work. The operator also said “I’m going to leave this pump with you so we have to stay in contact”. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Michael did a great job of identifying where a leak was coming from and took video for me as well. He turned off the water and fixed the issue in no time and at no cost. Fast, professional, and great service. Will definitely be reaching out to you again for any other future issues!

The plumber Ricardo was super professional, and kind he explained my plumbing issues very thoroughly and detailed. He was very patient with me, each time I asked him a question he didn’t hesitate to explain to me again. Super professional.
