Over all good experience,I had a complete repipe done with Pex, and am satisfied, the workers were efficient and neat, they cleaned up after themselves and did quality work, it took a couple extra days due to unforeseen issues which is normal when doing a large job like I had, also had the BIG Blue, filter installed for added water quality

He installed a sewer clean out servicing line to prevent future problems and worked well within my budget. He was quick, a straight shooter, very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I needed a quick service for my rental property. I called up High Speed Rooter and schedule manager (Alek) was able to find a technician within about one hour. The technician (Angelo) was nice and able to unclog the shower/tub quickly. I was very happy with service and I will use this company again. Lastly, the price was reasonable and payment thru Zelle was great.

It’s late Friday afternoon and I needed emergency plumbing help ASAP and the water was turned off to the house. Matt & Angelo arrived within 45 minutes of my call They were clean, polite, professional and confident they’d have the problem resolved and water back on within a few hours. After reviewing their assessment, solution approach and costs, they proceeded with the repairs. Once completed, they cleaned the work area, turned the water back on and completed their testing for leaks.

Was experiencing drainage issues in my home. Technician Jovonny discovered a complete blockage in my main drain pipe via camera. He was very patient and explained all aspects of the issues at hand, while showing me on camera what problems he found. Jovonny and Hecter dug out and cut large sections of the old rusted cast iron and replaced it all with ABS. They worked around my AC unit, sparing me extra issues. The two gentlemen came promptly on time and finished the job within 3 hrs. They were professional and efficient. Jovonny was very knowledgeable about his craft and had the patience to explain everything to me. Plan to contact them again when I’m ready to descale my pipes. Great job, great service.

I was disappointed with the unprofessional behavior from one of the workers during our service call. The technician spoke rudely and blamed the customer in a confrontational way, right in front of children, which was inappropriate and uncomfortable. While the company itself may have good technicians in other cases, parents with kids should be aware and cautious when dealing with certain staff members. I hope management addresses this to maintain better standards, and do anti-doping tests on staff to keep behavior safe for costumers and kids.”**

I give this business an A+ rating our technician Frank diagnosed and fixed the problem even if we didn’t have a clean out for our clogged sinks, he still tried to work on it. He was very professional and reliable and he was able to fix the problem at a very reasonable price with such a high speed, I’ll be calling them again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.
