I am very happy with the prompt response and professionalism of this business. I contacted Jonathan for a moving out cleaning for our bakery that was very dusty and greasy from floor to ceiling.. The team did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bay Area Cleaning Company that I feel compelled to share. I urgently required their cleaning services and was assured that they would inform me of any earlier openings. Despite reaching out multiple times over the weekend to confirm, I received no response until Monday.

On Monday, I confirmed that the cleaning team would come on Wednesday at 10 AM. I had previously communicated my address clearly, so I was confident they had the correct location. However, on the day of the scheduled service, their team arrived at a completely different address - one that did not match the spelling or details I provided.

When I contacted them to clarify the situation, I was met with a lack of professionalism. All I received was vague assurances that they would call me back, with no apology or solution offered for the mistake.

This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend their services based on my experience

We hired this company to deep-clean our restaurant kitchen, and I'm blown away by the results. The kitchen equipment and hood are the cleanest they've ever been—they genuinely look brand new. We own a small family burger business in American Canyon, which comes with a lot of grease and oil build up in our kitchen. Bay Area Cleaning Team has come to our store about 3 or 4 times to clean our kitchen hood and filters. It comes out sparkling. The most recent time they came, I also had them clean our two fryers and our kitchen floors. Our two fryers were built up with oil and grease, and our floors had a lot of black spots. At the end of the cleaning, our fryers and floors came out looking brand new!! I was very happy with how clean everything was. We're lucky to have found a great commercial cleaning company. Jonathan does an exceptional job every time! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who owns a restaurant or small local business for kitchen cleaning. Thank you Bay Area Cleaning Team!

Very poor service to our HOA in my opinion (I'm a Board member). Work crews unfriendly and with a hostile attitude to homeowners, I had personal experience in making this statement. Cheaper bid from prior landscaping company resulted in inferior work.

This company is incompetent. I live at Pacific Cannery Lofts in Oakland and am attaching a photo of our banana trees that have been like this for 2 months now. This is proof enough to not hire them unless you enjoy their sloppiness and lack of gardening skills...sorry guys but I can't post photo

REROUTING OF DOWNSPOUT. In our 60+-year-old house the water no longer flowed from our gutter properly but flooded an area within our carport. We rigged a makeshift way to carry it off, but this meant going out every time it rained, to place a temporary discharge pipe.

Miguel Lopez, who is both knowledgeable and friendly, came and quickly changed the direction of the runoff and effectively solved our problem. He also went to extra lengths to find just the color of downspout I wanted.

I am extremely pleased with both the job and Miguel's helpful and cooperative way of working with us.
