The ladies performed excellent work! I am very satisfied with their service! I highly recommend the El Sobrante team for anyone needing cleaning services!

I was disappointed in the lack of attention to what they kept and what they discarded from my refrigerator. They retained spoiled milk and old tortillas past expiration, but threw away ground beef and ground turkey with future sell by dates. I just bought the meat and it was going to be meals this week. Upsetting that they threw away almost $20 of good food.

Lucie and Carmen have been cleaning my house for a while now and I love that I can have the same team. We have gotten to know each other and they know how I like things done and are always accomodating.

Saundra and Vanessa did a great job cleaning my house. I would be happy to have either of them come back again.

Housework for a single person like me had become quite the chore and I couldn't keep up, especially with the bathroom and kitchen.
Merry Maids are a wonderful group of people who come once a month (you get to choose how often) and clean the entire house for me. They are respectful of my things and I always love coming home to a nice spotless house. They go the extra mile by removing my garbage from the bins and placing new bags, they remake the beds and clean my walk-in shower spotlessly (something I could never do correctly).
You get a time of arrival text the day before and they are always on time. They lock up nicely as well.

I asked for a quote, and spoke with a woman in this office, as well as emailed photos and texted briefly to get the quote She asked when I’d like to book them, I suggested a date, and never heard back despite following up a couple times. Very unprofessional. They must not need new customers.

We went through several cleaning services before Merry Maids was recommended. Didn't need to look any further. We usually get two people at each appointment that split the work and they're in and out in about an hour. It's really nice coming home from work that day to a CLEAN and straightened up apartment.

Merry Maids have been cleaning our house for years. We always get a date reminder (which is helpful!) and the cleaners are thorough, pleasant and anxious to please. I welcome their coming, and am pleased when they're done: One thing that's NOT a hassle these days!

The maids were both very nice, arrived during the time window that was given, and did a lovely job!

The quality of cleaning isn’t worth the price in my opinion. I paid $200 expecting 2 hours of work or at the very least a very thorough cleaning if they didn’t take the full two hours because I have a small house. They finished in 59 minutes but didn’t even clean it as well as I do it myself. They didn’t sweep under furniture, the floors they supposedly mopped were still dirty when I ran a wet cloth over them, they only moved stuff around to dust rather than removing it to dust thoroughly, didn’t clean the stove very well (crumbs/drips left behind) and if they ran the vacuum I couldn’t tell.

I went from monthly cleaning to every other month because I didn't feel like I was getting a good value since I was paying $200 for one hour of cleaning and they were going to charge me MORE for not doing it monthly. I asked to cancel the service at that time and they said I could keep the same price so I decided to go ahead and keep it as an every other month option but they didn't even clean it as well this time as they did before and still only took an hour. I complained about the service as soon as I noticed the poor quality and sent photos. I thought they might credit me since they once again only spent an hour cleaning and this time didn't even clean very well but they charged the full price anyway. I was told a supervisor would be calling me to discuss my concerns but no one ever did and it's now been over a week.

I don't usually write poor reviews, but I feel really ripped off since I've paid at least $800 for no more that 4 hours of cleaning over the past several months and it definitely wasn't worth the money.

Our teams always show up on time and are responsive to our needs. They are friendly and professional. They are mindful of my husband who has mild dementia and our big dog absolutely loves them. And they are cleaning wonders.
