The maids are very efficient and thorough with their cleaning. They remain flexible with our dog who is home during the cleanings. And they are very communicative regarding timing and what is being done.

It was super easy and they cleaned and organized all my things. For my first time i believe they only took about 2 1/2 hours the service was good. My on criticism was they did wash my dishes but unsure if they used my Soap or their soap or maybe the wrong rag(possibly) but the dishes had spots ok them

I am so glad I called Merry Maids. In preparation for new furniture MM organized & cleaned my family room & living room. Windows, shutters, baseboard, vacuum, floors it was all done. Next week is the kitchen. Merry Maids is a must for me.

2 young women came over and cleaned for over 4 hours our very dusty house. My wife has been ill and they were sensitive to her needs. They worked very hard. I will use this service again.

The questionnaire is the bad experience. It takes forever and I lose patience. Cathy and Carmen were great, however. Cathy must have been trained in hotels: she folded all the towels with a stylish flourish! Very appreciative of their bustle and cheer.

Very friendly staff, easy to make appointment. The cleaning was satisfactory but we found the cleaners missed a number of noticeable spots.
