I’ve been using Gaby‘s cleaning services for quite some time now and they do exceptional work. They are very flexible in establishing a time and day of the week that’s convenient for you and they are highly efficient in their work. One aspect that I would particularly highlight is the attention to detail things like, high dusting shelves, baseboards, cleaning windows and windowsill are part of the cleaning service, which is not something you can expect with others. I also appreciate the fact that if there is something that needs to be done for next time, I can easily share that with Gaby and it’s done the next time and going forward.

I am a little upset I went into my room and the dresser on the side of my bed was the same as it was when they’d started and they took bag from the side of my bed that had my beats case in it and my mouth guard for night time I have not got a call back from them I’m under a contract and I get my house done every two weeks I will let them know next week but other then that they clean very well

If you are going to care so much about your business, then help with organizing a charity for accumulating funding and actually listen to key points. You didn't do this, Merry Maids, and so you get a 1 Star for being obstructive bureaucrats.

in general, the maids seem not to know how to load and run the dishwasher. otherwise, no complaints. the latest visit yielded washed dishes left on the counter

Despite arriving late they exceeded all of my expectations. I’m very pleased and plan to continue using them at least 2x monthly.

Meh. We see the same pink ring in the shower every week. The place doesn’t feel cleaned so much as it looks wiped down. We are supposed to receive a text to know when they will arrive and that has never happened. That is just not professional. We signed up for 12 consecutive services, but I do not see any reason to continue after that.

We were very busy when they were here, but, they were very focused and did a good job. They asked us about our needs and were very kind. We appreciated their detailed work.

Horrible cleaning...cleaning powder left all over my sink and shower and stickies residue left on my floors.

The same team is not send each time. You have to start from scratch everything with instructions.

I was told I would have a free cleaning due to the problems. Not so. The went ahead and charged my card.

It’s quick and all done while I’m at work. It’s great to come home to a clean apartment. Nothing is ever damaged and everything is exactly where it should be neat and tidy! Four sessions in and so far so good!

Always on time if not early. They leave the house clean and happy.
