Omg, these ladies KILLED it!! I’ve got a 2 bed, 1 bath house and it was looking rough before they came. Like, I was lowkey embarrassed 😅 But they showed up, super sweet and professional, and just got to work. Now everything’s sparkling, the bathroom looks brand new, and my whole place smells amazing. We started with this cleaning service 5 years ago when it was under Junior Cleaning and they have been fantastic the whole time. They provided monthly home cleaning services for us for 5 years and occassiobal deap cleaning and carpet cleaning servuces. They always did a thorough job during the monthly services, they were always on time, provided updates on timing if they were running late and are trustworthy.

We did have a little dispute with the final cleaning they did for us. I had communicated to them that we were moving out and so we will not be continuing their monthly services and that the deep cleaning and carpet cleaning they will do for us next will be the last service. They assumed I asked for what they considered "move out cleaning" and charged us 5x the amount we normally pay. We were not provided any prior warning how much they were going to charge and exponentially more it was going to be than the amount we usually paid until after they finished the sevice and sent us the bill. We ended up settling for half of bill and this final event made the 5 year journey a little bitter.

Nonetheless their work is great, they are reliable and trustworthy. Just be sure to ask for the bill amount beforehand so that you are not left shocked. Otherwise they are great.
