Our home was in need of exterior paint and PaintRite was our company of choice! We used them for our interior painting last year. Front office was patient prior to our project start; wood rot repair & multiple delays due to rain. Once we finally decided on a start date, crew leader, Evan, was prompt on all scheduled days (pre-site inspection, painting and final walk through), and each painter on the team, Dave, Cody & Anna, performed their work with diligence and pride. All of our requests were respectfully considered & fulfilled. Very pleased with the finished project.

Paintrite Pros was very professional and very responsive to my phone calls and text messages while setting up appointments. They set up my appointment for having my house painted within a week after the first visit. It took them 2 days to complete my house and they did a great job I will absolutely recommend PaintRite Pros to anyone needing there home painted.

We had a last minute request for our baseboards to be painted and Paintrite Pros painted them with two days notice, and they exceeded all of our expectations on price, service and quality of work. We are so grateful and our baseboards look beautiful just in time for our party!! Paintrite was great to work with! Very accommodating. We had a tight timeline to paint the inside of our new home (ceilings, walls and trim) before we moved in and they fit us in. Elijah worked hard to get the job done quickly and professionally. Our place looks fabulous and I would definitely use them again.

These are the guys you want to hire for your project. Very punctual and professional, affordable AND they do great work. I dealt with Cody Breeze as the crew manager on my project and he was on point. He showed up first, left last, easy to talk to and kept us up to date. I had my house exterior, interior, and kitchen cabinets done and I could be not be happier with the end result.

Fantastic experience with Paint Rite Pros from beginning to end (exterior house painting). Initial consultation was very professional and informative, and their bid was significantly lower than other bids I received. Pressure washing was completed on time, and exterior painting started and ended on time. My house looks great! Best of all, my house is prepared for winter and the elements.

They showed up on time ever day and were professional and polite through the whole process. Just had my cabinet doors painted and the crew did a great job. The cost was competitive and they worked with me on the quirks of my project. The 2-man crew that came out to my house for 3 days were prompt, friendly, professional, and cleaned up every night. Left my garage cleaner than they found it. Really appreciate the amazing job they did, and will definitely be using them for future painting projects!

Jose Bravo and the entire crew at PaintRite Pros did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home. The house looks great, and their entire team was professional, courteous, and responsive. Paintrite Pros was a good choice! From start to finish they are professional in their conduct, communication, and work practices. My job leader, Cody, made sure the job on site went smooth, and any issues that came up outside of the plan were communicated early.

They kept my property clean during the process and did a good job cleaning up all materials, and then some, after the job was completed. I greatly appreciated their commitment to honor the agreed price even when they had to absorb extra costs for renting a boom lift to access extremely high spots on my house.

If you're on the fence about painters, I would highly recommend Paintrite Pros. They might cost more than a lower priced painter, but they have the resources, integrity, and ability to get the job done Ina timely manner. Thanks, Paintrite (and especially Cody).

They came highly recommended from friends in Rocklin. The recommendation was a good one. The company is so organized from beginning to end. Pricing was good, results were fantastic and we could not be happier. Jason, Chris and Patrick made it happen and did a great job! We have had several compliments on the results and I know one neighbor approached the painters to get their job information and another approached us.

Updating this review because the owner of the company did reach out to me after reading this review. He sent a supervisor out to deal with all of the issues and compensated us for the difficulties we experienced. They cleaned up all of the paint from the floors and touched up the cabinet paint as well. It would have been nice if the response was more timely, but in the end they were very professional and addressed all of our concerns. Given the results, we will definitely consider working with them in the future.

We went with PaintRite pros for cabinet painting because their estimate was less than a general contractor, and I regret that decision. The paint looks ok, but we had to hang/adjust all of the cabinet doors ourselves and we are still finding paint drops on our wood floors and furniture where they spilled paint and didn’t clean it up. They also poured paint on our next door neighbors’ brand new river rock landscaping. The whole thing was such a headache. I asked repeatedly to talk to a supervisor and they never sent anyone out. Then when they came pick up the final payment, the guy asked when we were going to paint the exterior. Ha!

We had a great experience with Paintrite Pros. They did excellent work for a fair price. We have a large custom home here in Rocklin that is very tall and isn't easy to work on. They spent 2 weeks doing the job and we could hardly tell they were even there. They were quiet and cleaned up the work site daily. We literally found zero things to fix during the final walk through. I would highly recommend them for any paint jobs you may have.

Out of the four different estimates we received for painting our house, we went with Paintrite Pros because we liked the professionalism of the person (Bryan) who came out to our home, the services that were described and the estimate was reasonable. From the very beginning, and throughout the process, Bryan would say, "Don't worry, we'll take care of you". I was a little skeptical at first but by the end, the professionalism, competence, responsiveness, and the quality of their services won me over, and I realized, he meant what he said. Any time there was even the smallest concern, there was someone I could talk to who would address the issue or provide a reasonable solution. Any time there is work done on one's home, it can be stressful, and they helped walk us through the process. By the end, I really did feel that our satisfaction and happiness was their primary concern. The work crew, lead by Melvin the foreman was fantastic. They worked hard, even in the hot Sacramento weather to get the job done on time. Melvin was extremely easy to work with and he listen to all our concerns and took care of us. Melvin and his crew did great work and even installed (wiring was tricky with one) some new exterior lights we bought to replace the old ones. Overall, we are very happy with the work done and the ease of working with PAINTRITE PROS. You guys rock!!!

**Update: I finally received a call back from Bryan and his team, and they offered to come out and do my estimate and provide a discount due to the inconvenience I’d experienced previously. Bryan was forthcoming in explaining what happened, apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that they wanted to keep me as a customer. So we made a new appointment, and this time his team was responsive, prompt and professional. They did such great work in the past, so I’m really glad that their team is back up and running. We definitely look forward to working with Bryan and his team on projects in the future!

I used this company to paint my home in 2021 and they did a great job at a reasonable price, for which I give 2 stars, minimum. But fast forward to 2022, and frankly, I can’t tell if they’re out of business or what’s going on. I reached back out them for an estimate to paint the exterior on a new property, but they never answered the phone at their office, and never returned my call after leaving a voicemail message. More disturbingly, when I booked an online appointment for an estimate, I never received a call back to confirm, and no one showed up to the appointment as scheduled. If this is how they treat their past customers, I can only imagine how they treat new ones.

Our house is big and had a lot of issues with it. From the start PaintRite Pros were exactly that. They were very professional handling painting our house from start to finish. Cody was the lead man and handled everything with promptness, courtesy, and attention to detail making sure the job was done right. I was even impressed that Issac the field manager showed up to check things out. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you PaintRite for a job well done!

They gave me an estimate to paint the exterior of my house, which it was reasonable and, they said that their work is guaranteed for 5 years. They said that, they will power wash, prep the surface and caulk all the gaps before painting. The old caulking was not removed, before adding new, and none of the rough spots were sanded to clean off the old paint. When I asked the painters about that, their response was, "There is no need to remove the old caulking, we just add to it and, we don't do any sanding!". Imagine a painter who does not prep the surface before painting!
The "Icing on the Cake" of this paint job came, when the painter, to my surprise, very meticulously, saved the buckets of the new paint; without any spills on their side! He then, diluted the new paint in the old buckets that he had brought with him for the paint job, saving much of the new paint in the new buckets. He diluted the paint so much, that, it ran in quite a few areas, leaving run-off marks! This was the worst paint job I have seen. Anyone intending to hire these folks should think more than twice. I am amazed at the reviews on their website, their sources and authenticity! I would give them no stars, if it was possible.

They fit me in quick when everybody was 6 months or further out and they were good people. Very nice and accommodating who includes the workers to the manager. They worked really hard to get things right. I was your typical customer: complaining about little things; I just wanted it perfect. They actually sent me a crew for a whole day to make me happy. Fernando, Victor and Elijah were amazing. Their line from wall to ceiling are magnificent. They did not stop until I, the customer, was happy. I appreciate all the work and help they did. I will be sending all my family and friends to Paintrite Pros. Thank you Chris, for all your help! I strongly recommend Paintrite Pros for all your painting needs!

This was the second time we used Paintrite Pros for our home and we couldn't have been more happier! Their crew from start to finish was professional, polite, clean and they did a FANTASTIC job with the exterior paint of our home! I gave them a tight deadline to finish the job due to the fact I had family coming into town for my daughters college graduation. It almost seemed impossible for the size of our house, but they were determined to get the job done on time for us! When we realized there was rain in the forecast, the crew had to work FAST and IN BETWEEN RAIN SHOWERS to get it done. The owner, Chris, came out himself to personally check on the job and to reassure me that the house would get done in time. I had one of the best crews working late and coming back early in order to beat the rain! Although the rain still delayed our job by a day, I know for a fact it would've been completed on time. They worked fast and efficient and communicated with me every step of the way! So impressed!
