Paintrite has done multiple jobs on our residence over the course of several months so we feel we have a well rounded perspective. They have stained our new entry doors as well as painted the interior and exterior of our house. The process from start to finish for each project has been exceptional and efficient. When we had some questions prior to starting our our door staining and exterior job the owner was very responsive and ensured we had a a great outcome. We were particularly impressed with Cody who was the crew leader for the exterior paint work. Cody was very hands on and checked in multiple times a day. On the last day of work he ensured everything was done to our liking. He has outstanding customer service skills and is a shining star...his skills are something you cannot always teach people. Every crew member we have met has been on time, neat, professional, efficient and polite. Perfection is hard to achieve but the company definitely aspires to it and they come awfully close. Highly recommend them!

PaintRite Pros did a great job painting the exterior of my home. Jason and team - JD, Chris and Kevin were excellent - very prompt, polite and easy to work with. Jason was very patient and respectful throughout the process and addressed all my concerns with a smile. Jose was nice to give me few extra days to select the color and made sure I was a satisfied customer. Bryan Perez was the estimator - he answered all questions and gave me a reasonable price. Overall, I had a good experience with paint rite pros and would recommend them to anyone.

The project manager Kris called me to introduce himself and to schedule a prework walk around of my house. He also went over the contract and made sure I understood everything before sending out his paint crew.
Evan, the scheduled pressure washer, showed up at the time Kris said he would, introduced himself, informed me that his job was to pressure wash the house so it's clean before painting; and to make sure that everything was moved away from the house for ease of painting. He was professional, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. I was very pleased with his service. Evan has excellent customer service and is definitely an asset to the Paintrite Pros Company.
JD and Jessie came out as assigned to paint my home, they also had excellent customer service and did an excellent job painting my home. Kris made sure I was pleased with the job before closing it out. Every Paintrite Pros employee assigned to painting my home from start to finish, was very professional and cared about my concerns. Kris was an excellent site supervisor and is an asset the Paintrite Pros company. I am very pleased with Paintrite Pros and will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with Paintrite Pros from start to finish. My initial contact was with Bryan, our salesman. He was great. On time and informative. He took the time to listen and address our concerns. He was always responsive and helpful on our follow up questions. Once we booked the job, the project manager, Jose Rangel, took over. He was very professional and thorough. We had some issues on our end (we picked a couple bad colors) but they did not miss a beat. They stopped the job and allowed us the time to pick new paint. Once things started rolling again it all went perfectly. Christian (the job site foreman) did a great job. When the job was finished, Jose was very deliberate in making sure we were satisfied. A lot of time was spent that last day going around our house and making sure everything was painted well. The crew probably spent an extra hour on touch ups. I could tell Jose genuinely wanted us to be content with the job. Further, during the project, every day they left for the night there was no mess and they stored the ladders, paint and other items in a tidy manner. It is important to add that I had this job done during the December rains. What a stressful crazy time. At no point was I overly concerned though. Jose was in constant communication with me letting me know the plan. And the plan went perfectly. I have an outdoor structure needing the next job. I will be using Paintrite in the spring for sure. Highly recommend.

Workers do a great job! Jason, the crew leader is very professional and his crew does top notch work. There are a lot of painters out there, I did my due diligence and Paintrite Pros is an Excellent Value on the pricing. Every concern I had they went way out of their way to address, you cannot say that for most companies these days. No Pressure Sales Rep, Good Prices, Customer Service and Clean Quality Work. Everything you want in a painting company. It's good to know a small company like this, which takes customer service and pride in their work seriously, still exist.

We had Paintrite Pros come out and paint the outside of our house and several rooms on the inside. We had several companies give us bids and Paintrite pros gave us the best deal.

They were extremely punctual, arriving, ready to work, promptly at 7:30 every morning. The crew was courteous and professional. Jason was the crew leader and he did a great job communicating status updates with me daily.

At the end Jason walked the house with me and was quick to make any touch ups I requested. We were very impressed with Paintrite Pros and would recommend them for all your painting needs.

Paintrite Pros were great to work with through out the entire process from getting the estimate to the final walk-through. We had the exterior of our 2 story house painted for the first time in almost 20 years and it looks better than new. Our crew leader, Cody, was easy to talk to and really cared about the quality of the job. All of the guys working on our house for the five day job were very professional, polite, and took pride in what they did.

They were professional, polite and the owner Chris came out in person to make sure we were happy with his crews work. I don’t normally do reviews but they were top notch. I had them do our Napa home and couldn’t have been more pleased.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paintrite Pros. My husband and I had the privilege of working with Jason and his awesome crew when they were painting our newly built home. They were kind, hard working, considerate of our time and home, nice to be around and they did a great job!!! It was obvious they cared to do a good job and they did! I wish every company were worked with while building our home cared as much as they did to deliver a solid product.

Paintrite Pros did an excellent job prepping and painting my home in East Sac. It needed a lot of prep work since it's an old house and they did a very thorough and detailed job with the prep, including priming the house so that the paint sticks better. Cody Breeze was the lead on the job and he was fantastic. He was kind, courteous and professional. He kept me informed of every step they were doing and contacted me several times to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. His suggestions were fantastic, all of which I appreciated due to his experience in the field. The workers were friendly and clean. The end result was beautiful. They left the job site clean. I would highly recommend Paintrite Pros!

Had the exterior of my house painted and am very happy with the job and get many compliments. Doesn't even look like the same house. At one point I did have an issue but that was taken care of promptly! All in all a great job! Thank you Chris. Also throughout Teresa in the office was very helpful. Thanks again and sorry it took me so long to do this!

If I could give a 0-star review, I would.

We hired Paintrite for exterior painting, initially impressed by their professional demeanor. However, this turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've had. Out of the three crew members who came to our house, two were friendly and skilled painters. The third, however, was not a painter and did a poor job with crooked lines.

The management of this project was consistent with other one-star reviews I've seen. We frequently heard the crew being pressured to finish quickly, seemingly at the expense of quality.

Management promised the job would take two days, but after that time, there were still visible cracks and unfinished areas. It has now been 2-3 weeks since the start, and the work is still incomplete. Attempts to contact them by text were ignored, forcing us to visit their office for answers.

Despite the expectation that a professional painting company would apply at least two coats, they only did one. When confronted, they claimed to "paint for coverage," yet the old paint is still visible.

They promised to send someone to finish the job, but we are so dissatisfied that we no longer want their services.

Additional issues include:

Poor project management
Persistent requests for completion that were ignored
Paint spilled on our grass and rocks
Leftover tape not removed
Several areas still needing paint

We paid a significant amount of money and received an incomplete job. This experience was unacceptable. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had the inside of my house painted in 2018. I was on a very tight schedule with having flooring done as well and Paintrite worked into my schedule. They didn’t take long at all. There were a couple areas that I thought needed touch up and they took care of quickly and without pause. I called them back again in 2021 to paint the outside of my home. It’s beautiful!!! I couldn’t be happier. The staff here has always been friendly and available to me. It’s a bonus when your field manager is a cutie :). 5 stars all day.

If you don’t drive away from your newly painted home and look back at it like that’s my house. Then you chose the wrong painters. That’s exactly how i feel driving away and pulling up to my house. Chris was very attentive and his crew did an outstanding job!!

I found Chris Gardner and Paintrite Pro's by referral after a military veteran client had his contracted painter stand him up. The veteran was relocating out of state and was trying to get his home ready for sale. Over the years I have founded a national military nonprofit that helps military veterans. I also run a local real estate business to help make ends meet. When I heard that my client was stood up I had to do something to help him so I put a call out on social media and through my real estate contacts looking for help. Within several hours I was given a few referrals but one stood out and it was Chris Gardner and his company Paintrite Pros. He called me right away, I explained the issue and he said for me to give him 24 hours to speak to his managers. The next day I received a call from Chris and he was sitting with his managers. He told me that they wanted to help but were super busy up to Memorial Day. He asked of we could use the Memorial Day holiday to paint this vets home. In fact they would do the labor for free and would have the local Sherwin- Williams paint company donate the paint. Chris believed he could nail out the painting of the home in one day. I didn't know what to say but thank you and when I informed the vet he got emotional - it was an answer to prayer. When Memorial Day rolled around Paintrite Pros were on sight at 7:00am with two full paint crews. By the time I got there at 7:30am they almost had the whole home taped off and by 8:00am they were already spraying the back of the home. The Paintrite Pro painters were all very respectful, looked clean and professional, went to work and did not skip a beat. One crew took the back of the home, the other took the front and in 6 hours they completed the task. By the time they left at 2:00pm the home was completely painted and the whole crew cleaned up after everything. It was like someone came over, blinked and in an instant the whole outside of the home was sparkling with a fresh coat of paint, It looks beautiful and I cant say enough for Chris Gardner, his staff and painters. They were all professional, courteous and they gave unbelievable raving fan service. There is not another painter I would ever recommend again then Paintrite Pro's. Chris and his team did a beautiful job on our home’s exterior. Our home is old and was looking very dated. He suggested body colors and accent colors, even talked me out of spending more money than I needed to! Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with the exterior paint job on my home! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. I’ve already had several neighbors compliment the fresh look! Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch exterior painting.

Brian and Ray were great! We are very happy with our pool deck painting and sealing. They were on time and cleaned up after each day. We love it.

Anthony the salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, the work done did not measure up. The workers were punctual and respectful but there was communication barrier. Only one of the crew spoke English. The work done was just fair. They didn’t fill all the holes before painting, didn’t sand there was so the line from the old baseboard shows through the paint, they didn’t use the correct texturize to match my wall texture and it’s in the middle of the wall in multiple spots. Anthony said they could apply multiple colors to my repainted red brick fireplace. A picture was provided at the time of booking and when they did a walk through prior to paint day. Unfortunately, when the workers arrived in paint day they said they could only paint one color and couldn’t guarantee it would come out right if they tried doing multiple colors. Such a disappointment! I upheld my end of the business arrangement and paid what they asked but they didn’t completely fulfill their end. I do not recommend this crew!

We hired PaintRite Pros to do the epoxy flooring in our garage and we're not happy with the result. The floor has a clear line across it where it looks like two different colors were used. In addition they did not clean up well and we are still finding piles of flakes in the garage corners and elsewhere. I do not recommend using this company for epoxy unless they hire someone else who is more detail oriented to do the work.
