Our toilet exploded on a Friday night and created a huge mess that affected our whole downstairs! My husband was flying across the country the next morning and I was flying home in the opposite direction. SERVPRO showed up and started the cleanup immediately. Terron Buggs and his team were the gentlemen that came to my house. They were well-versed in the job they were undertaking. Professional, respectful, extremely nice, are just some ways to describe these men. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful job they did!

Luis and Tarrin came on time, were courteous and professional, and evaluated the area with mold in our crawlspace. They made sure they didn’t track any mud from the crawlspace into the house. I received an estimate about a day later. I am having Servpro do the work tomorrow.

Brandon at ServePro did a great inspection in our bathroom. Showed me how the devices worked and where there were elevated areas that we should keep an eye on. Thankfully no drastic demos need to take place in the bathroom but I am grateful for ServePro coming out and giving us peace of mind in our home.

Brandon, the production manager, stood out as a highly experienced professional. From day one, he did extensive and detailed documentation for my home insurance claim, and made himself available for any questions the agent might have regarding the house issues.

Brandon kept me in the loop as to what needed to be done, and gave me plenty of time to ask questions or voice any concerns. His honest and detailed guidance was ever so appreciated.

Our house had issues that were complicated. I wouldn't have known where to start, but Brandon quickly & seamlessly organized good companies to come & augment part of the work.

When it became clear that, because of the age of our house, environmental testing for lead & asbestos needed to be done, he quickly arranged for it. Then when testing showed asbestos in the sheetrock, Brandon called a very good hazmat company that was able to shore up and save the kitchen counter as they removed the kitchen cabs to get to the sheetrock at the back.

Once the area was cleared, so drying and mold remediation could proceed, Brandon’s
vast experience came to the forefront again. He supported and counseled me with how to deal with problems that had been left covered up in the past.

Brandon and Survpro went above and beyond what was expected to be sure the problem was thoroughly resolved. I am so grateful to have had the work done right. In my view, Servpro is the best of the best!

They were able to remediate my bathroom in a timely manner, and were clean throughout the process. My Estimator Stevie was also great. We had Dane and Jessie from Servpro come and take care of treating our home. For mold and moisture damage. They had to remove flooring and padding and baseboards and treated all areas. They dehumidifier family room and kitchen. Very professional and courteous. Did a good job.

I was devastated when I realized that a failed water connection in the bathroom had been quietly destroying my home. It wasn’t until I moved a heavy wooden chair that I saw the marshy conditions soaking through the carpet. SERVPRO was quick to respond and remove all the mold and wet from my home. They covered my floors with protective liners and hung plastic drapes to protect the rest of the house while they diligently worked. And to top it off, the final bill for the remediation process came in under the max for my insurance coverage — meaning I had zero out of pocket expense for that process. I am so thankful for their thorough work and happily recommend their services to literally everyone.

From meeting with their designer Julie to working with the project manager Tex and the hard work the installation crew put, I was totally impressed from start to finish.

Julie came to our house and listened to what we wanted and designed a plan we loved.

The work started shortly and in just a few days we had the finished product and love it.

We purchased a new home about six months ago with a relatively small backyard and started getting flooded with ads from landscaping companies. We knew we wanted pavers in the back and side yards, a connection to the driveway, a small patch of synthetic turf, and some clean rock borders.

After talking with several companies, we ultimately chose Cutting Edge Pavers and we’re really glad we did. From the beginning, they stood out with their professionalism, strong reviews, thoughtful suggestions, and willingness to actually listen. The entire design process felt transparent and collaborative.

Their estimator/designer came out, measured everything, and about a week later returned with a full design on a laptop. We were able to tweak materials and dimensions in real time, and the pricing updated instantly—no games, no surprises. They even reviewed our HOA requirements to make sure everything would be compliant, which was a huge plus.

When it came time to start the project, the crew and foreman showed up on time and walked through the design with me. I asked if they had any recommendations, and the foreman suggested a couple adjustments—especially around grading near the AC unit—which I’m very glad we implemented.

The crew was outstanding. They worked hard, efficiently, and you could tell immediately they knew exactly what they were doing. The level of experience and professionalism was obvious from day one. The project took about two weeks, and throughout that time the foreman stayed in constant communication—checking in regularly and even texting updates so I always knew where things stood.

I can’t overstate the quality of their work. The attention to detail is incredible—clean miters on every corner, proper grading and leveling throughout, and even precise footing placement for a pergola I had planned. These guys are perfectionists, and it absolutely shows in the finished product.

On top of that, I had purchased a Costco pergola, and they connected me with a local installer who had it built the very next business day after the project wrapped up.

If you’re considering Cutting Edge Pavers, my advice is simple: listen to their recommendations. This is what they do, and they do it extremely well.

Yes, you can probably find cheaper options—but you won’t get this level of craftsmanship, professionalism, or final result.
