Cutting Edge Pavers put in an old style brick walkway to our front door and they did a fabulous job. From Project Manager Rob to the lead worker Marvin, everyone was easy to work with and the final product just what we wanted.

Absolutely love our new backyard!! Jerry was awesome and created a beautiful design. Marvin and his crew did great work. Tex, the owner answered all of our questions and assured us the backyard would be completed exactly how we wanted. Highly recommend!

We did an exhaustive search (6 quotes) to find the right company to take our backyard (modest size) that we essentially hadn’t used in several years and turn it into our dream paradise.

Our first encounter was with Jerry Cook, Cutting Edge’s design consultant. He came in with a design (see pics) and cost that we couldn’t resist. He also stayed with us for the full week of work that was required. We finalized the contract with Tex Mabalon, the owner, who came by most days and was only a text away. The work crew led by Marvin was hard working, skilled and detail oriented.

If there were issues along the way, and there were few, Tex and team were responsive and quick to address them.

Just a note on what we had done:

1. Reconstructed our back porch and walkway to backyard
2. An area for a pergola
3. An area for a hot tub
4. An area for a fire pit
5. A walkway connecting them all

Not only did we absolutely love the end result, but we feel like we got our full money’s worth.

We cannot say enough good things about the entire Cutting Edge Pavers & Outdoors Living. In short they were fantastic and we recommend them highly and with NO reservations.

Solo Dad, having a rough year and found this business that offers FREE Christmas Trees as part of their Community Engagement. I requested a call a few weeks ago in advance on the offchance I would be permitted to participate and they phoned me immediately once their trees arrived.

Not only were these trees all different sizes, but they are the GOOD kind/species with nice curly needles and mine smells amazing (I brought someone to verify my choice.)

Rooco made a HUGE impression on me today when I got to the site. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the space was organized and clean. When I get a home and if I am ever asked, I will definitely recommend them for contract work.

KO Buoders remodeled my Mothers doublewide trailer, the 1970’s era trailer was brought into today and is beautiful.

Robert at KO Builders is THE BEST! He was super responsive, detailed, kind and such a hard worker! He made sure everything went smoothly and really wanted us to love our new kitchen. Work done: soffit removal, demolition, moving location of fridge and oven, installing cabinets, installing new lighting in kitchen and dining room, installing countertops, backsplash and new vent hood. Robert with KO Builders completely remodeled our master bathroom recently. The end results are simply amazing…he turned it into the bathroom of our dreams. We went from a shower/bath combo to a his/hers shower. He communicated every step of the way so we knew what was being done, etc. Customer service is great. We will definitely use him again on our next spare bathroom remodel.
