Justin from Top Notch is great! He always responds promptly and has always been able to fix whatever is going on with my pool. He's super knowledgeable and gives good pointers on pool care. I give him my highest recommendation!!

Justin converted our pool to salt water. He also installed solar heating for us. He has always done a thorough job explaining how to work the equipment. He also has fantastic customer service and has been responsive to other minor (non-related) problems with our pool. I greatly appreciate he help.

My wife and I bought a house with a pool, being our first pool, we hired Justin (the owner) to come out and teach us how to use the equipment. While he was here teaching us how to use the equipment, he sold us on his monthly services. Now mind you, or pool was crystal clear blue when we moved in. We decided to go with his top of the line service to ensure our pool would stay in excellent condition for us to use and enjoy in our new home.

Fast forward a week until his employee came out for our first service. His employee was very nice and seemingly did what they said they were going to do. Awesome! We thought “one less thing to worry about, right?” Wrong! As the couple of weeks went by, our pool turned very green, like a swamp!

We text Justin to let him know that we noticed on his employees pool report, it said he had put liquid chlorine in the pool, but we were home that day and it had never happened. He apologized and said “sometimes my employees click through the check boxes without looking at them”. Strike 1!

He then came himself, told us we should change the valve directions on our equipment to a different configuration (mind you, they were in the configuration he told us to keep them in on his first visit). So we trusted him, and things got very bad. We could no longer see the bottom of our pool!

He came out and put shock in our pool and told us to leave the pump on for 24 hours, so we did. It did not get better! Strike 2.

After 4 weeks of a progressively greener pool, we text Justin again, and told him it’s just getting worse! He proceeds to tell us that our equipment is outdated and non functioning, we need $800 worth of work to correct the situation! Strike 3!

We explained to him that our pool was beautiful before his company started working on it and none of that makes any sense. He came out one last time and shocked the pool again. He also turned on the fill water while he was here and just left without turning it off or telling my wife he was leaving. She went out a while later to see the pool was almost overflowing! She quickly turned off the water and text Justin, asking why he did not let her know he left the full water on. His response “we are not responsible for any overflowing or flooding if we leave your water on”. Strike 4!

I text Justin and let him know we would not be using his services any longer (or lack thereof).

We did a little quick research and got a test kit for the pool. As it turns out, our alkalinity was off in the pool that could have caused serious damage to our linings and equipment! Something as a pool company should have clearly seen when claiming to test our water every week for 4 weeks! We raised our alkalinity, scrubbed our pool floor, and tada!! Our bright blue crystal clear water was back in a few days!

We received an invoice from Top Notch (Justin) for a month of service, that was never completed! I politely let him know, the services were not performed and I was not going to pay for services I never received. He was very rude, told me I was the one that ruined the pool and if I didn’t pay him, I can worry about a collection on my credit.

Stay far away from this company and it’s owner. They deliberately turn your pool green and try to gouge you with an inflated repair cost to “correct the situation” they themselves caused. Do yourself a favor, research the company you hire to work on something in your home, or do the work yourself. This company is a scam to nickel and dime you.

Miguel did a great job cleaning and sealing my granite and marble countertops. I had him come out prior to putting my home on the market. He was professional, detail-oriented, and treated the surfaces with care. The countertops look refreshed and beautifully protected. I really appreciated his expertise and would definitely recommend Kitchen and Bath Sealing Solutions for anyone looking to maintain the quality and appearance of their stone surfaces. He also deep cleaned all my grout, in my shower and my tile flooring. I couldn’t be happier, everything looks brand new. Even my realtor was amazed at how good everything came out. He’s awesome to work with and easy to talk to.

So we are selling our home and needed the carpets/tile/grout cleaned up for prospective buyers. It was rather short notice but after talking with Nacio, he showed up the next day. Was here for just over 3 hrs. and our floors look freakin' awesome. He did all flooring in a 1350 sq ft home and we got a great deal. It's a veteran owned biz (Wife and I are both vets) and Nacio (the owner) is a nice guy. I'm passing his biz cards out to all our neighbors, and I'm an old man and don't do that lightly.

I started my hunt for a carpet cleaner after, like most young men I found out sometimes it better to call a professional. I had a very bad smell coming from my old room mates room. Once I found out that I can not get the cat pee smell out myself, I went online started getting quotes. The only company to tell me the truth was this one. Very detailed to there work and go a great job. Also very quick, I am still in shock over how much dog hair they pulled up!!! 80lb long hair German Shepard. I had them do all the carpet in my house and I will have them back to do the tile.

Ignacio did a great job on my carpet! He comes highly recommended! He was fast and efficient and took out some hard stains that i thought would not come out. I will be using him again!

Egnacio showed up when he said that he would. Our carpet is just 2 years old. He had it cleaned in 40 minutes. Looks like new again. We also have 2 cats. Lots of cat litter in our office and hair on the stairs. I highly recommend Semper Fi.
