This is the third time we have had Hi-Tech clean our carpets and we won't ever consider using anyone else! Alex does such an incredible job and genuinely listens to your concerns so he can provide the best service for your needs. This time we asked him a question about cleaning our couches and he didn't recommend having them cleaned because of the type of fabric. How many other companies would have cleaned them for the money? They really have your best interest as their priority. Also, they give a two hour window arrival time, but call about 30 minutes before they arrive so you don't feel like you are stuck waiting at home the entire time. Great job, once again! Hi-Tech has been cleaning our carpets for more than 5 years. We like to have them back every time due to the near perfection of their work. Alex is a true professional. You can always tell a professional carpet cleaner by the design they leave on your newly cleaned carpet. Evenly spaced triangles indicating the forward and backward motion of the cleaning head are a delight to see, not to mention that the carpet is amazingly clean. Simply the best!

Alex did an amazing job! My daughter had gotten food coloring all over the carpet and he was able to get most of it off-which was a miracle. He was able to make the other carpets look almost brand new. He worked very hard and the price was very reasonable and even though it took a lot of extra work to get out some of the stains, the price did not change. I will always use Hi Tech for all of my carpet cleaning needs!

I have dogs and a lot of friends that come over so my floors have a lot of traffic on them. Life happens, I vacuum and have a Roomba but there is always fur and what can I say, life happens man, I get stains from food, dirt on shoes and the dogs.

Alex makes it super easy to schedule an appointment online or calling. When Alex shows up he always asks how I’ve been, not the carpets or the floors but me. He treats me like I am a family friend and I love him for it. We always have a great conversation before he starts.

I’m super pleased with Alex’s services! I moved to a new house, and unfortunately the carpet had lots of stains I couldn’t clean myself, then I found Alex’s company on Yelp to help me out. He moved the furniture over the carpet with care, he was super knowledgeable about the type of stains and carpet, plus he left a fan with us for a couple of days to help drying the carpet.

Hi-Tech carpets has been cleaning the carpets in my 1700 Sq ft Sacramento house since February 2014. This property has been a rental property, and we have only trusted Hi-Tech to keep the carpets clean. We have had some very dirty and stained carpets from tenants not taking shoes off or moving out in the rain. Hi-Tech carpet has always been able to get our carpets back to clean (despite me thinking I would have to replace all the carpet). They take before and after photos and follow up with a phone call when the job is done. I’m rarely at the property and put 100% trust in Hi-Tech to get the carpets clean and free of stains and smells and ready for the next tenant. Their communication, customer service, and response time the best in the industry. They give an arrival window, call prior to arrival, and are always on time.
