Alex is reliable, communicates efficiently on his arrival time, he works very hard at leaving you with the best results possible. I have referred him to my friend and she thinks he’s great. I would have no hesitation recommending Alex to anyone. He’s just a kind, lovely person who I welcome into my home at least every 6 months.

I only dealt with Josh on the phone but he was great. He must have used Google Earth to look at my roof for the estimate. He cleaned the gutters when we were out of town and then gave several payment options. One company gave an estimate of $325; Josh did it for $175.

The crew from Pinnacle did a great job. The walkway and steps prior to power washing were really bad. When done, they looked great. We would use Pinnacle again.

Fantastic Service! I hired Pinnacle to do some roof cleaning due to years of moss build up. Once they arrived they told my I only need cleaning on half of my roof so Kris adjusted the original quote to reflect the change. I really appreciated the honesty and because of that I will call them back for future pressure washing.
PS, He also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

I would HIGHLY recommend Pinnacle for pressure washing your roof and home if needed. I knew the roof on the shadier part of my home needed cleaning badly. David "Keo" made my roof with 20 yrs of build up with moss, mold, mildew and residue look brand new! David was knowledgeable and did an AMAZING job! He understood exactly what I was looking for and took his time doing quality work. And even though I couldn't stay the entire time for the finally walk around...he made me feel confident that he'd complete the job to my satisfaction and it was!! These guys did a GREAT job. I thought my roof was fine. I won’t say the name but my home owners insurance company stated they were going to cancel my home owners insurance because drones saw "mold mildew Algae" this company cleaned the roof and sent a perfect post clean report with multiple before and pics. A detailed work description…invoice. 3 year guarantee. I sent the packet to my insurance company an it was resolved. Thank u pinnacle

I was under pressure from my insurance to have mybroof cleaned of debris and moss. I recieved 3 quotes and out of all of them Pinnacle was the most affordable. Their process and responses were amazing. When Jessie arrived, he was very professional. The results were thorough and he did a great job! The before and after pictures were perfect to send to my insurance company to maintain coverage. Would recommend them again 10/10.

Ray was great—explained everything, was quick, was thorough, cleaned up probably nicer than it had been we he got there, flushed the gutters, and got us all the documentation quickly for our insurance.

They sent reminders, showed up on time, did not try to up sell me, and after cleaning my tile roof and gutters, they made sure to power wash any debris off my white stucco house, driveway and patio, leaving my house better than it looked in years. I can’t say enough good about this company. He thoroughly cleaned my tile roof to where it looks brand new. It was covered with a lot of moss so he also treated it afterwards to keep the moss from returning. Cleaned the gutters and did a fantastic job cleaning up. My patio drains weren’t running very well and he cleaned them without me asking. Washed the whole house including screens and windows. He spent 6 hours of working non stop. I highly recommend using this company.

We hired Pinnacle Pressure Washing to clean the moss and dirt off our roof,wow what a difference it made,the guys who came were Ray and David and they were excellent, very Conscientious and friendly, we were referred by our roofer Andy at Galaxie Roofing and now we would also highly recommend this company, fair price done professionally and cleaned up any mess that came from the roof,give em a try,you won't be disappointed 😉
