Pinnacle did an amazing job with our roof and gutters! Jesse arrived on time and was done by the time he said he would. The price absolutely reasonable and the best we were able to find. I don’t typically do reviews but thought the service and company deserve a 5+ star review!

Overall: Pinnacle left us unhappy with their process, low quality of work, lack of attention to detail, and damage to our home due to their services.

While we initially chose Pinnacle Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning hoping to have a great experience based on their google reviews, advertisements, and proposal, we were unfortunately left unimpressed by the work they completed. We called Pinnacle for a quote which was received, detailing the process which they would use for cleaning our roof, due to a large amount of moss, lichen and other organic build up. The quote they provided was nearly 2-3X competitors, but we felt that their quality of work would be higher than competitors' based on testimonials, and chose to go with them regardless of the higher price. The proposal they put together detailed that they would do a tile inspection, removal of major debris, surface preparation, heated wash of all surfaces, low pressure steam rinse, etc. as shown in the screenshot attached to this review. No technician was sent out to take a look at the condition of our roof or provide a realistic expectation of what results would look like, prior to when we had our roof cleaning scheduled.

On the day of our roof cleaning (04/09), Ray and David were sent out to our house, and spoke to us about the process once they arrived. Ray noted that the build up on our roof was quite severe, and he wasn't sure of how successful the results would be which was fine with us as we were aware of the amount of build up. However, the process promised in the proposal differed greatly from the actual cleaning performed.

The process never included a tile inspection, and Ray told us that they would be doing a deep cleaning of the roof. When asked about the process described in their proposal, specifically the surface prep, heated wash, and low pressure steam rinse, Ray noted that the proposals are generic, and "really its only a power wash" that Pinnacle performs. Unfortunately, they also did not explain was that there was a risk our roof would be left discolored. Based on their advertisements and description, we were excepting that our roof would be cleaned of the organic build up, exposing the pigmented red/orange concrete tiles underneath. Instead, the process removed the organic build up as promised, but also removed the color from our roof tiles leaving us with a faded grey concrete roof across the surface they cleaned. In the case that they'd sent out a technician before to survey our house, they would have been able to highlight this risk, but instead we are left with a discolored roof as a result of their work, and lack of clear communication.

If Pinnacle was planning to just power wash the roof and clean the gutters, their proposals should highlight this, not overpromise the work they will deliver, switching it up on the day the techs arrive. Since they only used a pressure washer on our roof, gutters, and adjacent areas, they damaged our home, ripping paint off our gutters as well. Lastly, their clean up process was subpar, and left dirt all around the edges of our driveway given they didn't rinse it down our property far enough. David's attitude to questions was also far from satisfactory, with him telling us to "let us do our job" when we asked a simple question about the roof cleaning, midway through the day. All this is highlighted in the attached pictures.

While we had high hopes for Pinnacle, their lack of thoroughness or proper discussions surrounding their work left us with a discolored roof, and damaged gutters. Should we have known that the process was only going to include a power wash, we'd have gone with a competitor who sold their work as only a power wash, which would've saved us over $1,000 dollars. Instead, Pinnacle overpromised and underdelivered, leaving us in a worse state than we were when we started. Now we have to consider how we will recolor our roof, repaint the gutters, and clean up our property. The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one is because they did clean off all the moss on the roof.

They came highly recommended by our roofer. The guy (Andrew?) who did the job arrived on time, and did an excellent job. Cleanup was as good as could be done (when you have so much moss, it’s going to make a mess), including asking our neighbor to let him cleanup in their yard. The roof looks almost as good as new (instead of nearly 25 years old). The price was quite a bit more than I expected, but I didn’t get other quotes, so I don’t know how it compares. Overall, very satisfied.

Pinnacle did an outstanding job and was reasonably priced. The tech did a thorough roof inspection alerting me to some cracked tiles and a dryer vent in need of cleaning, Cleanup was best I have ever seen. My 20 year old concrete roof had never been washed but looks brand new again and the cracked tiles were repaired. Work comes with a warrant too! Great company.

I recently had my roof power washed and treated, and I am thrilled with the results. The team did an amazing job. They were thorough and paid attention to every detail. I’ll be honest. I was a bit surprised at the cost estimate, I thought it was a bit pricey but signed off anyway because it needed to be done and probably never had been. The technician was prompt and he worked his rear end off for 8 hours straight without a break. After cleaning the roof and clearing all of the downspouts except 1 that had to be removed to clear it, he cleaned everything up and was on his way. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Pinnacle and this tech who did a great job. We got our money’s worth.

Pinnacle did a really great job on my front yard concrete. Jessie, the tech who came out to do the work is friendly and professional. I have had other companies come in and this job by far is the best . As a contractor myself i appreciate good workmanship . I will definately recommend this company to my clients.

Amazing service. I have never seen my pool so clear since we bought the house 3 years ago. We had come to peace with the notion that pool of thos size cannot be that clear.

Our pool was filled to the brim with redwood debris after an unusually fierce winter storm. Thought it would take weeks to remove everything, but Huntington had it cleaned out in one go as part of their weekly service.
