Home Services reviews in Elk Grove, California

Such great service! Arrived on time. Professional service from David. Detailed work in cleaning my filthy, mud-infested/moss-infested roof. I’m so pleased!!

This week I had Pinnacle power wash my roof and house and am extremely happy with the results. Six years ago they had performed the same service. Due to the quality of the work then I had them return. Their tech was very professional. The roof looks almost brand new and the house appears to be freshly painted. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone remotely contemplating power washing their home.

Pinnacle Pressure Washing did an awesome job cleaning my 2 homes roof. Ray was great and did an excellent job cleaning it.

Habib did a great job on cleaning, sealing and painting our 45 year old tile roof. It looks like new and we selected the color for an updated modern look.

Absolutely FIVE STAR ***** service!!
I can't recommend Pinnacle highly enough for the very professional service provided. Habib's cheery disposition was a giveaway to the way in which he provided top notch service. It's very telling when the service provider is ready to leave but comes back to reinspect his work to ensure everything is perfect. Thank you Habib!

I am so happy I found Pinnacle. I bought a house and the roof was full of moss that we couldn't get rid of. When I found the company in a magazine and saw the photos of before and after I though - why not? The young man who showed up was really friendly and he worked really hard in the hot sun and delivered a fantastic result! Worth every cent we paid which was very reasonable to start. It was a messy job but the guy did an awesome ob cleaning up. Great company and super great results.

I had Pinnacle come out and clean my roof, house and driveway. The roof looks brand new the color of my house looks brighter and the pathway and driveway looks great from all the accumulated dirt over the years. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle to others the work was fast reasonably priced.

Jesse showed up on time was professional and worked 8 hours cleaning out my gutters and roof that had years of moss, soot and leaf build up. He power washed my concrete and areas of the house that had dirt leftover. I will be calling Pinnacle in the spring to power wash the driveway and surrounding areas from winter tree fallout. Pinnacle takes pride in their work and I don’t complement much.

Habib did an excellent job cleaning our roof. It looks brand new again. Excellent communication from start to finish. We will definitely hire Pinnacle again for our future pressure washing needs.

David did an amazing job explaining things through the project. Roof looks great. I got three communication asking be to provide referrals which I did after the first comms. My thought was why did they ask me two more times after giving three referrals.

Excellent job. My roof had 23 years of dirt on it and now it looks like a brand new roof. The technician that cleaned my roof was a true professional. Thank you for making us happy.

Great quality of work, cleaned my roof very well. I had no idea how much gunk was on the roof until Habib cleaned it all off. I would highly recommend :)

Jessie did an awesome job cleaning our roof and it looks brand new again. Kris was very responsive, and communication from start to finished was top notch. Thanks also to my nextdoor neighbor Sherrie who recommended this company. We’re grateful for the exceptional work done by Jessie.

Jesse did an amazing job cleaning our roof. Over 28 years of dirt and moss. Cleaned up afterwards and was very professional. Highly recommend.

Service was thorough and completed in a timely manner. The technician was very professional, and the cleaning process left my roof looking like new. I highly recommend Pinnacle.

Great work, done quickly, at around half the price as other services in the area. They communicated with my home owners insurance too, to show that my roof is now moss free done by a professional
