The most unprofessional cleaning company that I have ever experienced! The cleaner was a very nice lady and overall she did a good job. There were a few key areas I wanted to focus on that she wasn’t able to address such as the toilets, dusting, baseboards, moping, & cleaning the hard water stains from my shower door. After my walk through I asked her if she could address the areas mentioned and she told me what I could buy to clean these areas, even though it should have been included in the deep clean. When I called the owner to convey some of my concerns she was very rude, short, & she blocked me. She did refund me half the cost but I wish that I never used this company. Either way I wish them the best but they will never get another dime from me.

Maria was referred to us through Capital City Cleaning and she did a great job on our bathrooms as well as being super sweet!

Not a good choice for move out cleaning. They only send one cleaner out to do the whole apartment 2bed/1bath. There was so much to do but not enough time. Surely they need a plan to go in order by room and finish that whole room. I felt bad asking her to go back to a certain room on things she missed. The list is too long for move out but everything doesn't get cleaned up at as they say. My service got delayed an hour and half. It was stressful booking especially for any last minute move out cleaning before handing your keys. My cleaner was really polite.

Great service! I have Jazmin as my cleaner, she’s doing a good job with cleaning my whole apartment. She’s kind and she’s on time, I would love to have her again in the future. In addition to this, capital city cleaning has a fair price, awesome customer service, Juliet the consultant she’s very active and friendly she would answer any questions you have. Overall I’m very happy with capital cleaning service and will absolutely back the next time

Claudia did an excellent job with the deep clean of our 2000sq, two story house. Claudia was very thorough in the floor to ceiling renewal; stove hasn’t been this spotless in years. They were able to book with only a few days notice at a reasonable rate for the size of the job. I would definitely use CCCS again for spring or recurring cleaning.

I booked with this company super last minute and random , someone from the company reached back out immediately, she asked the square foot of my apartment, what I wanted done , and got me situated. Marissa did an amazing job !!, if I felt like she missed something , she was more than happy to fix it , I think this this company would benefit from
Maybe providing their cleaners with a check list related to the service that way the cleaners and the customer know what they’re supposed do, this can also help avoid any possible issues of people asking for a service they didn’t pay for , I also wasn’t happy about reaching out to add a service to my booking and no one following up with me. I will just have to add that as a different service for another time , I will definitely book again in the near future .

Capital city cleaning services is awesome! I called them today and got service same day and was so glad they were able to fit me in. They were affordable and the cleaners that came were great and did the job quickly and efficiently. The best part was the customer service very flexible and willing to work with me. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I contracted with Capital City Cleaners to perform a move out clean. Two women completed the clean and I have to say, it was fantastic. Walls, baseboards, doors, blinds, light fixtures, insides of all drawers and cabinets, and a very thorough cleaning of every room and appliance were completed. They were so kind, professional and accommodating. Communication was seamless from my first contact to the company until transaction close. I will absolutely use Capital City for regular service on my new home and highly recommend them for any cleaning need!

Deep clean for move out. Juliet made it so easy to book & had an availability right away. Ana went above & beyond when cleaning. Everything looks amazing. The oven looks brand new. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I are not wealthy, we are not Karen’s. We decided to splurge and have a deep clean for our house. We have had this booked now for about a month and have been so excited. We were quoted over $300 for a deep clean, blinds, baseboards, everything including a walk through at the end. Our cleaner was very nice and was here on time. She stayed for less than 4 hours. Did not do a walk through and once we looked over things we noticed a deep cleaning was not done. My husband called and they sent the same cleaner back who was visibly upset and on the phone with her boss talking and my husband and I were very uncomfortable with this. We would pay them for the services they did but felt like $330 was not warranted for the cleaning that was done. Once she left a second time husband called again to tell them he was still not satisfied and would not like to pay for a cleaning that was obviously not a deep clean. The best they could do was take $28 off and before the phone call ended wished us luck with any other cleaning company we went with next. I am so disappointed and sad at how we were treated and how our house was left. I do not recommend this company for a deep clean and hope they put customers first in the future. I would add pictures but it’s not letting me. Check their yelp page for pictures. I would’ve gladly paid $200 but $330 for this. I would not book this company.

Booked a move out cleaning last minute and Capital City saved me!! My oven was disgustingly greasy and my cleaner took the time to leave it spotless. So happy thank you

I booked a cleaning service again couple of months ago and the person they have sent me was very professional and friendly. She cleaned my apartment neatly and the work she has done was thorough and superb. I will definitely hire them again!
