When I called Star Carpet And tile, I had just moved to Elk Grove from Southern California. My furniture had been in storage for over a year so not only was it dirty but prior to being put in storage it had been lived in and was covered in dog hair.

I found star carpet online, and was initially impressed with their good reviews. When I called to get a quote, the man was very polite and provided me with a reasonable and complete quote.

I explained that I had two sectional couches, a 7 foot couch, I loveseat and a recliner that needed to be cleaned. My initial goal was to get them clean enough and to remove the dog smell just so that I could cover them with furniture covers.

After spending two hours working on the furniture, Vince and his team had the furniture looking cleaner than I ever thought was possible. They are so clean, in fact, that I’m considering not covering them up. I am attaching a couple before and after pictures to show you how amazing my couches look.

In addition, the service was provided with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. They walked me through everything that they were doing and treated me with kindness and respect. I would definitely recommend them to everyone needing carpet and furniture cleaning services.

Would recommend 10/10! Vince is the real deal. Came on time and handled work. Cleaned some chairs and some of my rugs, they came out looking nice! He turned my dog pissed on couch into a show room couch! He recently just did my couch so I’m letting it dry will upload pics of the assembled couch soon! Very very affordable!

I got a call early in the morning from my parents calling saying there was an accident on the carpet that needed immediate attention. I called Star Carpet and Tile asking if it was something they could handle (hopefully same day) and they said it was not a problem.

They asked the basic questions of what needed to be done, how big of an area and being out of state that they would let me know about what time I could be accommodated. Finding out that my parents lived just a few minutes away, they were able to make it a priority due to the severity of the accident and were there within an hour and half of calling. They kept me informed of arrival time, sent some before and after pictures as well as an invoice via text. Their service from communication, price and everything in between was stellar!!!!

Very happy with the work completed. Our carpet and couch look new. Vince took his time to explain the process and was both friendly and professional. Will definitely use Star Carpet and Tile again.

Vince and his team came in and did some sort of magic on my carpet. And man, I’ll tell ya, we have a lot of carpet. 8 rooms, hallways, stairs… a lot! It came out looking all fresh and so clean! Definitely give them a call if you want friendly fast high quality carpet cleaning.

I’ve had my carpets cleaned before, but nothing compares to the level of service, professionalism, and pure work ethic that Vince and his employee Shaquir brought. These guys are built like they just came from the gym, and trust me—you want that kind of strength and determination when they’re attacking deep stains. They worked my carpets like it was a mission!

They didn’t stop there—my travertine tile now looks brand new, like the day it was installed. I didn’t think that was even possible. The attention to detail was next level, and on top of that, they guaranteed they’d come back if I wasn’t completely satisfied. That kind of confidence and customer commitment is rare.

Vince is a prudent businessman. Both him and Shakir did a great job in cleaning our tile grout. We were frustrated at the beginning but they came back and recleaned the area in question. Great customer service and service overall. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing service! I got carpet, dryer vent and air duct cleaning for a new home. From the moment I called them (multiple times) for quotes and questions, were responsive and friendly.

They arrived right on time and explained their process. The three men got to work and kept me informed of their progress but that didn’t slow them down. They were efficient. I was happy to see their progress pictures since I’m the curious kind. Vince informed me of the processes they use for the stains I had on the carpet. They really took the extra care to make sure everything was move in ready.

I couldn’t recommend this company more. Vince did a great job cleaning the dryer vent. He was able to show me how much lint was coming out of the vent at the beginning of the service after he finished he was able to show me the inside of the vent to show daylight from the roof. Vince is the best and is very knowledgeable in his field. He listened to my concerns and immediately got to work. The care and attention to detail from the moment they arrived was fantastic. They were extremely efficient throughout the whole process! I was simultaneously shocked and elated at the results, how quickly they got to work and completed my service.
