Quick to respond to request for quote, which was a very fair price. Followed up with emails. Confirmed the night before with a one hour window time frame. Texted to let me know when he was ten minutes away. Got right to work and the carpets look amazing. Very professional. Highly recommend!

We found Star after purchasing our new home in Elk Grove. Vince was quick to respond to all my questions regarding the different services they provide. After we got our keys we had a team out the next morning to do our air ducts and dryer vent then another technician in the afternoon to do the carpet and kitchen tile. I honestly wish I had taken before and after pictures!
My carpet used to be littered with cat poo along the wall, but as you can see, it's all cleaned! Vince went out his way to make sure the poo would break down enough to clean the carpet thoroughly.
Vince was even one hose short but went out his way to ask one of my neighbors to borrow theirs!
If it weren't for him and his kindness, we wouldn't have been able to get the carpet cleaned!
