I had my dryer vent duct cleaned.
Vince was very professional. He came on time, introduced himself, and talked about the process. He carefully moved the dryer (which wasn't easy due to the tight space) and thoroughly cleaned the duct area and even made sure that the broken duct was in useable condition before he left. Overall great service!

Vince at Star Carpet cleaning was so knowledgeable and professional. He got out a slime stain on the carpet and he lifted our carpet shade significantly. The carpet that is 19 year old looks like new, which is saying a lot since I have 3 kids! The number one thing that was amazing is there was no wet smell or weirdness afterwards when drying. He also brought specific bumpers to put along the corners of your walls to protect them from the truck mounted hoses. Overall I was extremely impressed and pleased with this company and will recommend and use them in the future!

Vince came out with his team to clean 2 rooms, loft, hallway, stairs, landing, bathroom tile, and a sectional couch. It was our first time using his company and we are so happy we did! We had not had our carpets cleaned in about a year. .. They looked brand new and everything looked fantastic! I’d booked him to come out for a pretty basic couch steam cleaning since I have a dog and a cat, but he also cleaned my entrance rug, area rug, and additional ottoman for no extra charge! They did such an incredible job! First of all they responded immediately to my request and were basically able to get in and steam my carpets the next day—they were prompt, professional, honest and courteous and they did an incredible job cleaning my carpets—they haven’t looked this good since I moved in!!
