I had to come on here and leave a review because the difference in service was night and day. After a really frustrating experience with a previous carpet cleaner earlier in the day, this gentleman came out late in the day and completely turned things around.

From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to assess the situation and immediately pointed out issues left behind by the prior cleaning, especially a heavy amount of residue that was actually causing problems with his equipment. That alone told me a lot about the quality of work we had received before.

What really stood out was the results. Areas that we were told couldn’t be cleaned or had “permanent” stains were restored far beyond what we expected. He was thorough, detail-oriented, and didn’t rush the job just because it was later in the day. You could tell he takes pride in his work.

On top of that, he was easy to work with, communicated clearly, and made sure we were satisfied before wrapping up. After dealing with such a negative experience prior, this was exactly the kind of service you hope for but don’t always get.

Long story short, Combat came in directly after a different carpet cleaning company who did such a bad job we decided to bring in someone else before putting all our furniture back. Ignacio went out of his way to help us on short notice and did such an amazing job!! He really went above and beyond!
