Elk Grove Pool Service is, hands down, the most honest and reliable pool company in town. Their communication and service is top of the line. I never have to wonder if they have been by to service my pool and they always take the time to be sure to send reminders of pertinent information and updates on my pool's status. They are easy to work with, easy to communicate with, and take perfect care of my pool and equipment. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for a high quality pool service company.

Todd goes above & beyond! We bought a house last year w/a pool that needed service quick! I called several people out and felt the most comfortable w/ Todd and his straight forward approach & recommendations. He is honest and knows his stuff, including his limits and then has a great guy to recommend at that point. I always try to use local, small businesses when good ones can be found. Glad we found this great one!!!

Todd and his team are great pool-service providers. They are friendly, reliable, professional, and skilled at keeping the pool in good shape. They provide a status report after each visit with the chemical test results. Todd's prices are also very competitive. We are very happy with their services.

When we moved into our home last year, we knew nothing about owning or maintaining a pool. I searched for pool services online, and when I saw that Elk Grove Pools is a locally owned small business, I called to get an estimate. When Todd came out he was so helpful explaining things and answering all of our questions, all without pressuring us to sign up for service. We did sign up for service, and have been happy ever since. Todd is extremely responsive if an issue comes up with our pool. The price of service is very reasonable and well worth the monthly fee.
