Front yard walkway with flagstones is perfect, I've had many positive comments from the neighbors as they walk by. We had a fairly small backyard project but Clifford and the team at Pacific Landscapes treated us professionally and promptly. Clifford really helped with our vision of what we wanted. The workers were respectful and polite as well. Excellent company and people!
However, a year later I called back about an update to our project but I have not received any call backs or return emails. I wonder if this place is still in business?

We interviewed several landscape design companies when planning our back yard overhaul. After our first meeting with Clifford from Pacific Landscapes, we knew we had found the right company for the job. Clifford listened to our ideas and made thoughtful suggestions, helping us see our vision from concept to fruition. The team that worked on our project were efficient, professional and courteous. Great communication from both Clifford and the site manager during the project. We love the way our yard turned out. Pacific Landscapes did a wonderful job.

The experience started with Clifford and I having multiple discussions to design my blank slate backyard (new construction). He listened to me intently and designed a space I never envisioned.

Then the crew came out and exceeded my expectations. I had multiple questions during the process and they were always patient and responsive. Ryan answered my numerous texts promptly, even after the work was done and I had questions.

I have received multiple compliments ranging from 'it looks like a model home', 'your yard should be in a magazine', 'it's set up so great for entertaining', and 'it's so comfortable'. I would not hesitate to use Pacific Landscapes again!

I called this guy Monday morning he said he had a few things to do but he would be in my home later that day at 5:00 p.m. I call back he wants photo of the valves and my address can you give me a thumbs up no appointment was scheduled just to see my address in valves then he text back saying he'll be there tomorrow on a Tuesday still no show since there is no show from him twice I move on look at other options later that night on Tuesday send me texts that I have scheduled appointment for the following day Wednesday I just assumed he will not show up again I call him Wednesday morning looking at other options the options I had I have a neighbor around the corner who was a landscaper who said he would help me he actually took me to Guardian supply store in Roseville for commercial use he bought the valve forever 19 something dollars Bob what's going to charge me $140 for the first round after that it would be 120 for each of the other valve's my neighbor took care of problem I had in less than 15 minutes and taught me how to do it myself Bob did show up later that day I was not home when he called me after reaching my home he was already having an attitude problem and he was angry and when I told him I had moved on what's my neighbor the attitude got worse he was complaining about the long drive 40-minute drive in over 100° weather weather car that has air conditioning he told me not to call him he was quite upset having a tantrum sorry text back and told him don't worry I will not call you anymore I'll get somebody more reliable Vinny starts complaining about me harassing him can I text back you come to my home with an attitude can you get angry and yet you think I'm harassing you when you can with this attitude the moment I told him I will make my reviews he started with this you're harassing me but I told him he don't show up I move on don't hire this guy or this company if they keep getting issues like this yes I did look at the reviews after he left by the way if you look up this company don't just look at the reviews scroll down to the address I think we need to hire a landscaper for the yard they have in front of the house somebody that can put the sprinkler system as well cuz it's all dried out

Excellent customer service! Completed a job a month ago, grass looks great. Had an issue with one of my sprinklers, they were quick to fix within 24hrs.

Very pleased with the entire process.
We had a damaged drainage system replaced, leak located and repaired and new sprinklers installed. Bob and his crew were prompt and professional. They addressed all issues, keeping us updated as things progressed and completed our request to our satisfaction.
I will do business with Bob's Landscaping in the future.

Came home from work to a leaking anti-siphon valve with a steady stream of water pouring out. Being on metered water needed it fixed ASAP. Took a chance and phoned Bob at 4:30 in the afternoon, explained the issue and he came right over, diagnosed the problem, went for parts and everything was fixed by 6 p.m. Service was prompt, excellent and when I could not get the outside water valve back on all the way today as things were left to dry overnight I called Bob and he was here in 20 minutes and muscled the valve back on for me. Definitely will be calling him back next spring to tune-up my entire sprinkler system as he quite obviously knows his trade 😊😊👍

Bob and his crew did a great job; came out promptly for a quote, was flexible with different requests to adjust the job size, and came out and got the work done quickly and effectively. Would definitely use them again!

The Front lawn was very well done at first. Then the weeds came up and now 5 of the plants are dead. The drip system he put in are popping up in several place. Tried to call and the answering machine saws the mailbox is full and won't take any message. So I am writing this review. Bobs landscaping called and replanted the dead plants and am very happy with them. Had a problem and and it was taken care of. Thank you Bob's Landscaping

I hired Bob to remove the roots in my soil in my backyard from a tree that was removed so I cold install new sod. I also hired him to fix a broken water line and sprinkler heads in the backyard that we’re not working. When he left I thought the roots were gone but when I went to remove the soil I saw they covered them up and called it good. I contacted him and he came back but he still did not remove the roots.
He did fix the broken pipe but did not replace 1 of 3 heads and told me I could do it myself after I hired him to fix the sprinklers. I would definitely look for other options unless your job is simple and has no unexpected issues.

From the start of the job to the end Bob was a great communicator, on time everyday, and kept there equipment organized and neat when off the clock. Most of all he’s able to work within your budget and with his years of experience, he’s able to give great suggestions. Glad we went with my man Bob.

Bob landscaping did my concrete work at backyard. He did great job. We asked some modifications and Bob do care of our satisfaction. We are so happy with his job, his attitude and price. I will recommend other people.

This is the guy to hire. He is quick, dependable and knows what he is doing. He shows up on time and always answers questions , even those texted after hours. I hired him to fix the drainage in my yard, replace 100+ feet of wooden fencing, even out my backyard and replace the grass with decomposed granite and install lava rocks around my tree beds. The drainage was tricky because it was under concrete but he knew just how to repair it without destroying the walkway. I previously got a ridiculous quote that was thousands of dollars more than Bob charged. Additionally one company was going to charge me 60% more to do all the same work except the drainage. If I need any work in the future I will hire this company.

Bob and his crew did the best job on my jungle of a backyard. They showed up on time, and completed the job in about 3 hours. They did exactly what I asked proving that they listen to you. They cleaned up beautifully--even taking the time to get the chunks out of my pool! I would recommend Bob's Landscaping to anyone who wants a professional landscaping job. He has a customer for life!
